Did you ever hit your head against the wall over how so many otherwise intelligent people ,did I spell intelligent correctly, can even consider voting for the dems? We know it is the media and so does the other side hence the fairness doctrine, but the people I meet in my business from lower class to millionaires have educated me on exactly how the mainstream pushes their buttons. Unlike those of us who listen almost daily to Radio Free America and watch Fox News these people are unwilling to except the fact that The Big Three and their cable partners are in any way connected. I have one customer who is quite wealthy and retired at an early age, He and I debate each other all the time ,I consider myself very good at debating and will not shy away from taking on an entire party of union members ,but this guy is convinced that I am the one who is a brainwashed koolaid drinker because he purposely watches every news network 24/7 in order to deprogram me. In his mind in America there is no way that all of the other networks besides Fox are in bed with each other so he simply multiplies the results to come up with what must be the gospel truth. It frustrates me to no end that this two tour Vietnam Vet who suffers daily from the disrespect he and his brothers suffered can not see the connection to what our current soldiers are going through at the hands of the mainstream media. Many people I know even those I know to be Republicans  in nature fealt obligated when my son was overseas to take a stab at Bush ,I told everyone of them that I had no problem with Bush ,this was before the illegal mess, and that most of the millitary famililies that I know of are behind him 100%. Well you get a very suprised look from them at this point ,they were merely trying to console someone they assumed was mad because Bush lied and people died ,someone like cindy shehan,not someone who had more respect for the terrorist at this point then the dems and media who were backing them.

There are tens of millions of people out there just like those I have discribed ,people ripe for the picking if we can show them as Rush puts it " the man behind the curtain " ,and I belive their are tens of millions of other single issue voters who use the agenda of the mainstream media as sort of the OJ Glove for their voting choice.

I had emailed this to either Fox or directly to Sean some time ago but you can imagine the mail they receive,and Seans new show is a step in the right direction ,but here is my idea and please let me know what you think of it or anything that would improve the result.

60 MINUTES OMITTED

Would be a show that highlights the weeks events and how they were distorted ,taken out of context ,and or puposely omitted by the ABC ,NBC,and CBS and the possible reasons for doing so. It would prove to the unbelievers the conspiracy that exist between the big three. The show would spotlight the fact that it is consentrated on Primetime broadcast only ,and does not honor any factual reports on the shows content that the mainstream media has hidden on its after hours broadcasts or sister cable networks.

Once the curtain has been lifted the cat will be out of the bag and Pandora can roam free ,free to break down the illusion that is the mainstream media sending them rushing for damge control in the spin zone. It will be fun to watch ,sort of like a weekly barage of National Guard Letters!

I would love to see EIB produce such a show ,Rush might even consider assuming the andy rooney slot they have alot in common ,well they both like football anyways. We could even help out the show by emailing in the times and dates of the networks reports that distorted or totally omitted imformation ,this way they could simply run tape of all the primetime networks and refer back to them ,this would cut down on the staff needed to produce such a show and the number of probable suicides from people forced to watch hour upon hour of lies.

I think this type of show has the potential of giving usa  landslide in 2008 ,if you believe as I do Email it to Rush ,every Conservative you know,every moderate Republican you know, and especially every liberal you know,maybe we can put the FEAR OF TRUTH in these people simply by gearing up.

Well I like the idea of the show, but honestly I don't think you're onto anything that would truly change a lot of people. Maybe one or two, but not any major cultural change.

Proving the media bias has been done before. Ann Coulter did it quite well with Slander. NewsBusters does it every day. Bernie Goldberg led the charge when he wrote Bias. But casual viewers are told "these right-wingers have an agenda so they cannot be taken seriously." Thus the proof goes unnoticed.

And the Left is very, very good at twisting things around. A lot of people truly are brainwashed. As soon as you bring up the subject, they assume you're a Republican operative looking to poison their mind, so they ignore whatever you say.

Alone we can do only so much.  However together we can make all kinds of changes that bolster freedom, national security, and common sense.  Rush is the linchpin; however there are numbers of other shows like his, you know the names...and then there are the independent news sources, mostly on the WWW but some of them on broadcast outlets.  And then there is the looming prospect of a Hillary Clinton nomination.  That will galvanise people against the Democrat fringe minority more than anything else.  However even if Barak Osama (AHEM! Obama) or Breck Boy manage the nomination there will still be some strong solidification of the conservative vast majority.  When the truth is exposed about those three in the DNC the people tend to take stock of what is really important (IE freedom) and take a firm stand against continued expansion of neoliberalism.

The Media Research Center (MRC) [Brent Bozell] does a good job at identifying the lies, innuendos and slants in the mainstream media.  Maybe you should write to him but to be honest, the ones who believe what the media wing of the Democrat Party spews at them non-stop and the ones whose professors are indoctrinating them into socialism will not even listen to any show that counters what they are being brainwashed into believing.  

One thing that truly bothers me is that "socialism" is no longer a bad word.  In a time when the countries of socialist Europe are moving to the right, we are moving towards the failures they have lived thru with their individual forms of socialism.  What also bothers me is the population, particularly in the main cities of the U.S. where they vote over and over again for socialist Democrats to run the show, are the ones who have their hands out and are not even thinking about the United States of America and freedom.  They have become weak and believe the rhetoric just like good little sheep.

Hillary continues to promise massive handouts to these people to buy their votes.  They all say Yeah!  Whoopee!  Happy Days are here again!  How are we to counter that?  Unfortunately, while it is an excellent thought, a mainstream TV program detailing the lies and the truths which were omitted will never be listened to by these people.  The day my sister told me that she thought communism was a good idea, even though it doesn't work, was the day I realized how successful these people have been in spreading their ideology.  It's also the day I stopped calling my sister.
