I think the "Mixed Monarchy" is not so Hidden. I'm Studying a Book called "Reclaiming The American Revolution" by William L. Watkins Jr., I Highly recommend it. I say that I study it, rather than read it, probably because of the Hurt Every page brings. It would appear that The First Major Damage done to The Original Intent of The Constitution was done very early on. We have not recovered to this day. Alexander Hamilton was at the Very Core of the Betrayal. He lied and schemed at a level Bill Clinton could bow to. President Adams, defending His Crown, was  no Defender of The People, either.

The Misuse of The General Welfare Clause and The Necessary and Proper Clause, have to this day, Defeated the concept of Enumerated Power, have Usurped the Authority of Every Individual State, and Redirected Our Nations Path. I no longer wonder why there have been so few Constitutional Ammendments, since Our Founding. The Federalists eliminated the Necessity of the Inconvient Constitutional Ammendment by Empowering a Redefined Federal Authority, to act without Limitation or accountability. If there is accountability at all, it is to the Ego of the three branches of itself, not Us. The Deck is Stacked, There is a Stink in The Air. The Shell Game Continues. Welcome to The Grand Illusion.

Years ago, I used to think Hamilton was a heroic figure defending the new nation against the would-be dictator Burr.  Over time, I realize neither were patriots and did the new nation great harm.

I have always wondered why the framers of the Constitution were so specific on so many things and then stuck these two vague, easily manipulated phrases into the text.  These two phrases have been the key to undermining the constitution from the earliest years of the republic.

Next to the failure of these men to deal with the issue of slavery, these may be one of their greatest failures in an otherwise magnificent document.

Hamiltin and His Federalist Friends Lied , and Misrepresented Position, in order to Manipulate Ratification. The point being that They Planted Vague Obscurity, denying It's Purpose, and Reversed his Position after Ratification. In All of History, I would second Him Only to Judas. His Own Logic from His Positions in The Federalist Papers were Used against His Post Signing Federalist Position. The Court, Possibly Securing It's Own Position, Failed The People in Allowing This Usurpation. We Live Under an Arbitrary Constitution, Defined by Those above Account as a Result. I Totally Agree that Madisons Vision was Indeed Beautiful. I have a Greater Respect for Thomas Jefferson, too, as a result of this Study.

Well, I guess I'll have to read the book.  I wonder if my PUBLIC library has a copy?  No, all the space seems to be taken up with free newspapers from NAMBLA and GLAAD.  After all, not letting them distribute those valuable publications would be censorship.

What's a conservative to do?

If you want to see some local articles go to this board and search Rush. the board is full of libs who post articles from left wing blogs and op ed pieces from their local papers. its pretty sad that the left devotes so much time to rush bashing, but the responses to the articles are good for a laugh.

I hate the NYT because my grandmother reads it, she's liberal too. She thinks she is seeing what the government is doing, she thinks she a spy basically on what the gov't is doing and she thinks the gov't doesn't see her and stuff. Like a spy yes. SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING, so what's the solution she says? She e-mails me crap. Now, she prints out NYT articles, then she scans them to e-mail them? WTF. She's contributing to global warming by wasting paper. Me and my dad make fun of her for printing, scanning and then e-mailing.. I don't know why she does it.

Sometimes you have to give old people a break.  I tell my kids when we go in a store like Microcenter or CompUSA that virtually nothing in the store existed when I was in junior high school!  Think about that.  For your grandmother she can probably say the same thing... about Krogers!

Technology has changed the world and it isn't always easy for folks to keep up.
