No, he is on "objectivist" follower of Ayn Rand.  And he doesn't like to engage in "personal attacks."  He said so on the internet so it must be true.
He has all the virtues I dislike and none of the vices I admire.

Should Iran nuke Israel, when you consider they are a very tiny nation, how much of Israel would be left?  Would they have their Government remain and their nuclear capability still available to return fire?

You gotta think that an immediate precursor to any bombing Iran does will be the barracade of the Strait of Hormuz to get ready for the US to reciprocate.  This is another reason we should be drilling our own product.

If Bush were still President if this occurred, I believe we would strike Iran.  If Obama were President, he would ask Gyorgy Soros what he should do and Gyorgy would say make a statement of condemnation of Iran and let it go.  There's no way Obama would do anything other than "words, just words, just speeches."

In reality, what needs to be done is for a hit squad to covertly go into Iran and take out sweet Mahmoud and his mullahs.  Overall, the people of Iran are not in support of his end of the world and would probably welcome his demise no matter who did it.

[size=9]Do you have an exact (or even approximate) count of the number of people we should kill? Do you know who they are and where they are? Are you sure the Iranian people want that...will appreciate that? At what point will your appetite for blood be sated?
[size=9]
[size=9]You certainly seem well schooled in military strategy...no sense in having all those gifts only to let them go to waste. God might be angry with you for wasting your talents and delaying or preventing Armageddon.

Igmond 50, you are too much.  Are you in Obama's Kumbaya camp?  There are so many issues involved in this that to single me out as the hatemongering Armagedon preventor versus discussing those issues is pretty funny.  Let's stick with the issues versus making me into a warmongering monster.  It's Amadinejad and his mullahs who are the warmongering monsters.  If I were the warmonger, I'd be calling for a full scale bombing of Iran and invasion by our marines and army to take over the country and their oil fields, but I'm not calling for that and I don't want that.  My son has been to Iraq twice.  I'm not desirous of any of our military except perhaps the Air Force  to go into Iran.  Bombing Iran would only be acceptable to me if reliable intelligence reports they are within hours of blasting Israel into kingdom come or they have already nuked them.

War is war, Igmond 50.  One thing about war is that people die...innocent people die, and the one thing that can't be changed is that people die and innocent people die.  The left wants to sing them some Kumbaya and dance in the sand with them to the tune of "Give Peace a Chance."  The only thing these people get and understand really well is not peace, peace, peace.  It is strength thru might.

Ingmond50,

President Tom is a spokesperson for the Mullahs. This way if things don’t go well they can blame him and this protects ayatolollahs regime from being targets from their own people. The Mullahs have a plan to take over the world, kill all the non-believers and become a land of the pure state. The have been planning this takeover for 100’s of years. It’s what they were born to do. They pass this plan down to their children to carry out.

Leadership change and strict control of the Mullahs will be the only thing that will work to insure the safety of this planet.

We have two choices; speed up the loss of powers for the planners.  That’s called sanctions. Take drastic action to eliminate the planners. That option is called force.
The closer they get to have nuclear weapons the less and less they will be concerned with the people. That goal is just too important for them to be concerned with anyone’s protest from the inside getting in the way

We have been using sanctions. So has almost everyone else. To what end. They just put up with the outside world pressure and the closer they get to being able to launch a missile the more pressure they will put up with.

The Mullahs and President Tom have everything they want as far as comfort, food. The Mullahs and President Tom do not care one bit about the people of their country. They are just mere minions in the big picture.

Their constant call for ‘kill Israel, kill the US’ is not the talk of intended peace. Why would Israel talk to them? They despise Jews. Jews do not exist in their world. Why do you think they have a country run by Mullahs but the idiot Mahmoud Ahmadinejad doing all the talking and meeting with people? They do not speak to anyone who is not pure.

These people listen to nothing by a larger show of force than they themselves have.
They known we can use force but they have to have to believe we will use force. Otherwise they will just put up with the pressure because they are real close to starting the plan to end the world, as we know it.

Here are a few things that they believe.

When the world has become psychologically ready to accept the government of God and when general conditions have become favorable to the idea of the ruler-ship of the truth, God will permit the Mahdi to launch his final revolution..

.A few selected individuals...will be the first ones to respond to his call, and will be drawn to him like iron to a magnet in that first hour of his appearance....

.On seeing the fulfillment of many of the signs promised in the traditions, a large number of unbelievers will turn towards Islam. Those who persist in their disbelief and wickedness shall be killed by soldiers of the Mahdi. The only victorious government in the entire world will be that of Islam....Islam will be the religion of everyone....

The Mahdi will offer the religion of Islam to the Jews and the Christians; if they accept it they will be spared, otherwise, they will be killed**

But remember, he is NOT calling you bloodthirsty.  He is calling your vitriolic, hateful and ignorant and believes that you take pleasure in your enemies dying.  Evidently, for an "objectivist" that is not the same as saying, or implying, or inferring that you are "bloodthirsty."

And a .50 caliber round, if shot from various distances will leave various size exit wounds.  But "Ma Deuce" can leave a BIG hole.  And a direct hit from an RPG would leave little but boots assuming you are more than six feet away from the launch point as the warheads on RPGs don't arm until they have travelled about 6 feet.

[SIZE=9pt]What you have here is not lost on me. I believe that defeating people like this does not necessarily require killing. Hold them up to the light...make them say (in the context of an attempt at verbal/diplomatic global resolution) the things they are saying for the benefit of a very small number of arguably disturbed people. Let people across the world (including those they claim to lead) see the evil of their words and watch them waiver and ultimately wither under the pressure that brings. Most Iranians like most Americans and most people everywhere want to live in peace...they want to raise their children...make a little business and leave their very small portion of the world a tiny bit better. This fact about most people across the world is our greatest strength and it is what makes us the most alike, the most human and even dare I say divine.

Ingmond50,
I have no idea what it will take for you to face the simple fact that these groups of people through this bizarre religion do not care what you think or say. They do not reason with anyone. That word is not in their vocabulary. They will attempt to bring chaos and complete destruction to this world. They may in fact back down for now, if they have to. That will only be the case if it serves them a purpose. This purpose has nothing to do with peace. This purpose will have nothing to do with them changing. They will continue to plan for what they want to ultimately achieve.

Unless you want to live the way they do and believe the way they do they will not for a second hesitate to kill you.

My son has always said John Adams had it right when he said,

Your son is pretty sharp...I miss the time when my children's words were under construction. I could listen all day.

Is it your belief that all people of the Muslim faith are like this? What is your perception of the extent to which people think and act as you say?

Igmond,

I know what your answer to this will be, but I will ask it anyway.

If I were your neighbor and I routinely told you and the rest of the community that you were inhuman scum, and that I was going to murder you and your family just as soon as I bought a gun and ammunition, what would you do?

What would you do when I got the ammunition?  What would you do when I got the gun?

[SIZE=9pt]You're analogy is bit off but I appreciate the sentiment. I would first notify the authorities and by all means provide for an adequate degree of protection.

There are clearly plenty of people out there that cannot be talked out of their psychotic behavior. I do not believe that applies to an entire country or people or faith.

This labeled ignorant. warmongering hater says in response:
What do you think Amadinejad has been saying for years now?  The whole world has heard him.  Who's doing anything about it?  Who's bringing any pressure to bear upon Iran so they can waiver and wither in their goals to annihilate Israel and all of the West, particularly the U.S.?  Is it the UN you are expecting to "negotiate a global resolution?"  Fat chance.  No one will make Amedinejad change his goal to bring the 12th Imam back.  No one.  Armegedon is his answer and that is his goal.  You want to talk, talk, talk and perhaps your goal is to negotiate (which we do not do with terrorists) but that will merely be seen as weakness.  Why do you think they all want Obama to be our President?  Is it because he is a mighty warrior who they fear and respect or because he is a weak talker who will do nothing but talk?

Amadinejad is not a nice person who is rational and has your values.  He does not think like a person from the West who can be reasoned with.   He is a man who has a very bad goal and has very skewed thinking.  Talking is futile.

Plutarch warned, "The real destroyer of the liberties of the people is he who spreads among them bounties, donations and benefits."
