Rush's expectations of contention at the DNC seems to have gone bye the board. Hillary is making a grand show for the boy. The analysis that the Clinton's would take over the convention seem like they are falling short. I don't doubt that Hill and Bill are up to something but what? Her "grand" gesture of calling for Obama's nomination by acclimation I believe is a payoff. Will Hill be the next Secretary of State?

Would she settle for something like that?  Not and be happy.   How about a spot on the supreme court?

Possibilities??

First, she is looking for a payback on the $16M she owes for her campaign.

Second, she is preparing herself for 2012 when she will run and win the nomination when Barry loses in 2008 and she will say, see, I told you so to the DNC.

Third, she's possibly looking to be Attorney General, SecState, Head of the DNC,  Majority Leader in the Senate or Supreme Court Justice (although I think this would not be what she really would want.  She's a Dem and being on the Court for the rest of her life I think would be boring for her, especially when she's supposed to stay Apolitical and not vocal.)

Fourth, she's divorcing BJ and wants to make sure her position in the DNC is still solid for future jobs she might decide she wants.  BJ wants to be the head of the UN; perhaps that's a way she could get rid of him.
