Liberal attempts continue to silence conservative speech.

There is nothing fair about this document and it is Unconstitutional. This is the suppression of speech the left cannot refute because they cannot defend their positions with logic and reason. They have to lie to prove a point and shout down anyone who doesn't agree with them. A continued push for socialism.

The Constitution is mentioned by them only when it suits their motives but they don't bother to support it's application in our lives nor the efforts to preserve and protect it. The want to give Constitiutional rights to people that are illegal aliens and radical islamic fascists who would never permit free speech or expression of any form by anyone if they succeed in their goal of creating an Islamic Caliphate.

They will not explain that point if it's put before them.

They argue that both sides are equally represented but that is not true. Radio station program directors and managers are forced by the Government under this legislation to either air the programming that the Goverment dictates or lose their broadcasting license so they drop the talk format and switch to something else.

Fareness? there is no fairness here, only suppression.
