I did a multi-part series on "torture" on my blog at http://www.myspace.com/paleocon.  I agree with many points you raised.  The basic point is that anything we do to a terrorist is called "torture" and that is just moronic.  I don't like to use the word because the word itself is loaded.  

Hooking up someone's genitals to a 12 volt battery kind of crosses a line.  Pouring some water over someone's face is kind of in a different league.  Al-Qaeda uses the batteries and we use the water.  Why aren't libs upset at Al-Qaeda?

Because they suck plain and simple they suck they don't get it personally i am just mad that they are complaining about the CIA destroying the tapes i think we should waterboard the liberals and then see what exactly happens.

Well, the destruction of the tapes may or may not be a legal problem.  The president could have locked them away under a national security related order for a very long time.  But, if some CIA bureaucrat destroyed them because he thought he was above the law, and knew he was violating a law, that is a different story.  Only the Clintons can knowingly violate the law with impunity.

It is defineately an intresting story I have nothing but hate for the liberals that complain were "UNFAIR" or "HURTFUL"/"Inhumaine" its alot better than shocking their testies.

The really interesting part of this story is that CIA and State are full of LIBS who have been screwing with GWB from day one.  I don't know anything about the guy who ordered the destruction of the tapes but 50-50 he is a big lib who hates Bush.
