Too many to list!

What are they saying, why do we care?

Too many to list!

Someone once said, "Opinions are like a-holes, everybody has one".

However, what fries me with celebrities (liberal or otherwise) who pontificate about their political opinion is that they automatically have a forum not available to the average Joe in which to express their views. In fact, with the cult of celebrity active in society today, not only do they have an open forum but a fawning media and a largely uneducated fan base ready to lap up their "words of wisdom" like it was gospel.

The only "celebrity" who deserves a forum is one who makes a decision to run for elective office. Otherwise, their opinions are no more valid then anyone elses.

Amen!!!

It gets even worse when they go to other countries and bad mouth the USA from foreign soil. I refuse to pay money to watch some actors movies. I'll watch them if they're on the network stations for free, but I won't pay my money to support some of these actors.

LOL! Same here. It's gotten harder and harder to go see a movie because Hollywood is filled to the brim with actors (mostly far left liberals) who can't just "shut up and act"! Now, when I start enjoying a particular actor, I just keep hoping they won't spout off about something political.

I've learned to disconnect an actor/actress from his or her political rants and just go see the movie based on my interest. No matter who the actor is, you must remember that when they are acting they are just an act meant to entertain. If you do as you say you do, you will probabally not be going to any movies, which is also ok, but I like to be entertained.

Not me...If a movie has an anti-American actor or actress in it I boycott it, like the "Oceans #" movies...I won't even stomach them when they get to TV.

I can't go along with Scortch on this one. I'd basically have to swear-off watching movies or TV altogether.

It just happens that good actors hate America - Or, those who hate America make good actors, I don't know which.

This is a corrollary to one of my long-standing credos: "Hippies make the best music."
I hate hippies. But what am I going to do? I love their music.

What I'd love to see is one major news network that consistently reports (and scoffs at) every "news" report by other networks that give credibility to celebrities' opinions.

Like so, "Today, CNN reported Rosie O'Donnell's viewpoints as if they were NEWS!" <<off screen laughing & tittering>>

Celebrities do not live in the real world. Their only claim to fame is their ability to fantasize that they are somone else...even for short periods of time.

Most research their characters if the project has any historical mood. Other than that the character is portrayed to the satisfaction of the writers and the director.

Britney, Lindsay, Paris and more. Do you for one moment truly believe that these people live in reality.
Lindsay Lohan, when stopped for a traffic offense stated, "They can't do this, I'm a Celebrity!" What more evidence would one need?

Michael Jackson proved beyond all doubt that the world in which he resides is a Never Land. Barbra acts like there's no one else in the world who's opinion matters but hers, ditto Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn and George CLooney.

If these people depended upon living off what theey were paid for their supposed 'enlightened opinions' they'd be washing car windows on the street of New York!
