I think the war on Terror is a fraud

Postby John Vidurek on 09/08/07, 1:48 pm

I think the war on terror is a fraud, I think it is just a ploy to further subvert our Constitution. We have a Constitutional Crisis in America and the enemy is dividing us, our American Institutions have been taken over by socialists and that includes “both” political parties. The republicans talk conservative but once in power they continue to talk but they never do. Bush is bankrupting us, in the past 16 months the dollar has lost 20% of its value because of inflation [the hidden tax caused by just printing money and diluting the value of the dollar to fund the government spending rampage] down from 4.9 cents to 4 cents, why isn’t our free press telling us about that?

If there is a war on terror the first order of business would be to secure the boarders and find out who's in our country and keep an eye on them. Instead they jail boarder patrol guards for shooting a drug smuggler and give national ID's to us so they can track us, hmmm. They tell us if they can identify us you can travel quicker. Meanwhile Bush, in the same week he pardoned Scooter Libby, said that a Jury convicted these boarder patrol officers, who am I to second guess them? What hypocrisy! And where was the debate for these ID cards? [Coming in January of 2008] There was none! It was just slid in as a pork bill with a necessary bill to support our troops; congress didn’t even bring it up, what’s that all about? Where is our free press on that?

Wake up America, smell the socialists! President Kennedy gave a speech to the press back in 1963 [hear it at http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com labeled Kennedy and the Press] things were a lot worse back then with the cold war and all and yet he spoke about our greatest danger was not from marching armies but subversion within and that the press is our first line of defense and no government should be secretive and that there in lies Liberty’s danger. Watch the one hour interview [video] with Congressmen Norman Dodd about congress’s Reese committee in 1953 investigating Americas Trusts and their true purpose. [Watch it at http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com labeled Hidden Agenda] Watch the documentary subversion [Watch it at http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com labeled Subversion] and find out how these Socialists have infiltrated our government, and then you’ll understand what all this political correctness and craziness is all about. Where is our free press on all this?

Wake up America, you have been lulled and the enemy [socialist] is busy destroying our Institutions and our Constitution, wake up the hour glass is empty. It is the Constitution that makes us Americans without it we are something else! It’s the Constitution that secures our God given Liberties. Without the Constitution we have rights that the government giveth and the government taketh away. The Communist manifesto was published in 1848 and it took almost 70 years in 1917 for the communist to establish themselves to get a foot hold in Russia, and trust me Communism is alive and well in Russia they are just in the next stage. Our downhill slope started in 1913 that’s 94 years ago, take a look at the Communist Manifesto.

The Communist Manifesto [www.garymcleod.org/communis.htm]

(1) Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes
(2) A heavy progressive or graduated income tax
(3) Abolition of all right of inheritance.
(4) Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels
(5) Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly

"Permit me to control the currency of a nation and I care not who makes its laws" - Baron De Rothschild, brainchild of the Federal Reserve Bank.

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them, will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." - Thomas Jefferson

(6) Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State
(7) Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvements of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
[8] Equal liability of all to labor and the establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
[9] Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.
[10] Free education for all children in public schools....

I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson

"A Bill of Rights is what the people are entitled to against every government, and what no just government should refuse, or rest on inference." - Thomas Jefferson

"The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." - Thomas Jefferson

"In matters of Power, let no more be heard of confidence in men, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." - Thomas Jefferson

"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms [of government] those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." - Thomas Jefferson

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms ... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants, they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson

So you see my friend the most important thing today is the Constitutional Crisis, without our Constitution no war is worth winning! Wake up America! Please, before it’s too late. Wake up my friends smell the RepulicRATS! One last thing, remember we are “not a democracy” we are a republic! We vote in representatives and they are restrained by the Constitution, the one that they ignore.

The most amazing thing about Ron Paul, his positions, and his fervent supporters is not how much I disagree with them, but how much I AGREE with them.

The Second most amazing thing about Ron Paul, his positions, and his fervent supporteres is how totally misguided they are in matters of foreign affairs. Especially the war.

However, the War on Terror is not a Fraud.  It was not invented by George Bush.  Dick Cheney was not piloting one of the planes on Sept. 11th.  There was no 9/11 conspiracy.

And, MOST OF ALL, we WILL NOT be made safe by pretending that there is no War, and we cannot escape the World by withdrawing from it and refusing to interact with it.
Public sentiment is everything. With public sentiment, nothing can fail; without it nothing can succeed.  -Abraham Lincoln

I agree.

Ron Paul supporters show us the difference between republicans and libertarians.  I too am not interested in being the worlds policeman, but after Sept 11, how do we NOT think it is in our best interest to fight the war on terror?

Hi Eyas;

I see you disagree, considering your source of information I understand how you would. But let me challenge you to get yourself some popcorn and a soda and watch the following Documentaries I offered and then you can say you got both sides and maybe you can help correct the error of my way. I have appreciation for people who look and consider both sides and then support their views by the facts.

I see a clear and present Constitutional Crisis, do you? What does it profit us if we win a war but we loose our Constitution? It really wouldn't matter anymore, would it?

Please view the following and then get back to me, please!

(3) Documentary subversion [video about 90 min] at http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com labelled Subversion

Hi Neocon

Think about it, how can you have a war on terror? That’s a war that by definition will never have an end, it’s so politically correct, I thought it was the Democrats that come out with all that politically correct stuff. Also why pick on Iraq & Iran they are third world countries we are a “super power”! The same people who told us it would be a cake walk and a slam dunk are the same people telling us if we leave now they will follow us home. What are they going to do row over with sticks and stones? They have no Navy, they have no Air force, they have no Marines, they have no army to talk about and they have no nuclear delivery system. I sometimes wonder [myself included] if America has been mass hypnotized, have we lost our minds? We should be more worried about – Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, China and Russia.

I no longer believe these people, I voted for Bush twice and he betrayed me he lied he is not a conservative he just made believe so that he could win on the Republican ticket. He has no intentions in protecting our boarders and neither do any of these other people running for President. I simply don’t believe them any more.

Ask your self, why are these politicians like deer caught in the headlights when Ron Paul talks about the Constitution? Why don’t they recognize our Constitutional Crisis? Why does Fox news, during the debate, leave mic’s open with laughter when Ron Paul answers? See > http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1148286828136545183&q=ron+paul+fox+debate&total=319&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0 what a disgrace! and I use to trust fox for my news.

Gandhi said First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they get angry with you and then you win!

And what’s going on with the news? The big story “IS” Ron Paul. How can it be that an unknown wins by large numbers virtually “every” pole taken after "every" debate! Wow that’s the story! And how come the Fox pole that Ron Paul won was 33% and second place by Thompson with 18%, that’s double, Ron Paul won by double! WOW! What in the world is going on? Well, to be honest with you I do know what’s going on. I hope you check out what I am saying and find out yourself. Watch the videos at http://www.vote2008ronpaul.com/ .

John,

I certainly appreciate your enthusiasm!!!  I'm glad it's for Ron Paul instead of a Lib

To answer some of your questions:
Think about it, how can you have a war on terror? That’s a war that by definition will never have an end

I don't have a problem with it 'not ending'.  My concern is that we never leave the back door open again.  I am fine with an infinite war on terror.  We can sit over here and mind our own business and wait for the next 9/11 or we can do something about it now.
Also why pick on Iraq & Iran they are third world countries we are a “super power”!

9-11

They have no Navy, they have no Air force, they have no Marines, they have no army to talk about and they have no nuclear delivery system.

Unfortunately in this day and age, it doesn't take an army to cause catasrophic damage.  Both Iran and N. Korea either have or will have nuclear capabilities in the near future.
Why does Fox news, during the debate, leave mic’s open with laughter when Ron Paul answers

It's disrespectful, but I don't think it was intentional.  Ron Paul should be taken as seriously as any of the other candidates.  More power to him!!

Thanks for keeping the juices flowing!!  I appreciate  your opinion!!

Hi Admin

So we can destroy a third world country for weapons they might get? hmmmm … That’s not right and it's clearly not Christian. If our government wants to protect the people why don't we secure our boarders, and monitor those who visit us? We can do this!

I don't want a National ID card, I don't want my children to inherit an endless war on terror and we simply can't afford it. The dollar dropped 20% in the past 16 months down from 4.9 cents to 4 cents and dropping! Don't people see we are bankrupt? Milk is $4.99 a gal, eggs a $1.79/doz bread $2.39/loaf, new homes construction industry has collapsed, the real-estate market is collapsing and mortgages are defaulting by the millions, all of this spells DEPRESSION! [By the way where is the media on all this?]

We are done! And if Greenspan’s brilliant plan of selling 3 Trillion treasure notes to China, in order to float our economy, bites us back now and cashes in the notes we are done now, and you can forget your war on terror. There is a Crisis in America! A Constitutional Crisis! Wake up America, times up! One other thing where are all the Presidential canidates on all this? I only see one!

OHMyGod!  The sky is falling...the sky is falling!  And Ron Paul is the Messiah who is going to cure all our ills, re-establish the Constitution as the Law of the Land and a car in every garage and a chicken in every pot and blah, blah, blah!

C'mon friends...we've been down this road so many times and the scenery doesn't change.  Hogwash!

The left has been nibbling away at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for the last 40 years and we've let them get away with it.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom ofspeech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably toassemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Now that's pretty clear isn't it? Where in the first Amendment does it state that there shall be a seperation of Church and the Government? I don't see it!  But every morning which the Congress convenes there is a prayer offered by the Chaplain. Fine, so be it. God knows those jerks need all the help they can get!

The keyword here is the favorite expression of the Left...Compromise. "we can work this out across Party Lines" or "reaching out across the aisle" or "The Constitution is a living Document which is subject to interpretation."
The only 'compromise' the left will accept is when the opposition acquiesces and caves in!

I don't believe that it is necessary for us to go through every Amendment to the Constitution or the Parent Document itself to see that it has been raped, bludgeoned, torn apart and reconstructed to the image and agenda of the Democrat Party.

Would you care to challenge me? I have nothing but time on my hands and the desire to see the America I know and love returned to the safe hands of the people who care for it as do I.
Call me on it, friends. I love to teach history and reading comprehension.

I am.....

Hi Jusme

You don’t work for Fox do you? I didn’t get the chicken in every pot thing, well anyway. I’ve supported my position with lots of facts and documents and the best you can do is clichés? It’s because of this kind of complacency that we are in this position. The truth is that both the left and the right are to blame they both are a cancer to freedom they both blindly support their parties and both parties are part of organized crime. I was a sucker just like you until I woke up.

The Constitution is not a living Document and it needs no interpretation it is plainly written. The Constitution divides power between the Administration, Legislation and the Judicial and then it clearly states that any new found powers go to the States and the People. Congress simply has no power to change the document by which it receives its power, and yet they do.

The Bill of Rights is clearly written and an eight grader can understand what it says. As a matter of fact I asked my eight grade son the following question. What does this mean Congress shall make no law … he laughed at me and said come on papa are you kidding me. So, please don’t talk to me about interpretation, that’s what our servant government would have us to believe.

Well since you have all this time on your hands let’s get to your homework, but please kid don’t waste my time with clichés gimmie the facts. You say the sky ain’t falling? Well, I believe the following proves different.

(1) Article I Section 9 - No capitation, or other direct tax (income tax) shall be laid; Our servant government has already decided for us we don’t need that one they created the IRS (foreign corporation, see (http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on “the Cooper File”) to collect a Direct tax [corporate profit] its called “income tax” (http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on “income tax”). Oh! But I forgot our federally controlled schools and the federally licensed media hasn’t informed you about that, they have much more important things to talk about like [in schools] Johnny has two daddies or [in the media] Britney Spears temper tantrums, head shaving, celebrity murder trials, war on terror, etc.

"Tax on income derived from property was the equivalent of a direct tax on the income-producing property itself and must be apportioned in accordance with provisions of Article I of the Constitution" - Home Mutual Insurance Co v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, 639 F2d 333

(2) Section 8 - The Congress shall have power - to coin money… Section 10. No state shall coin money; emit bills of credit; make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts. Our “Servant” government got rid of that one back in 1930’s, hmmm let me see, Oh yea! It was part of that “raw deal”, I mean the “New deal” yes, that’s it the “New Deal”. This is part of the required prerequisite to create government sanctioned monopolies in order to bring in that “New [raw deal] World Order” Bush 41 talks about. So let me see how this works, we first “give” all our gold to the foreign banker’s. Collateral for our new deal money system backed by nothing and they charge us an interest [profit] and call it income tax on “OUR MONEY”, which pays only a fraction of the interest they have decided to charge us. Again on our money created out of nothing and backed by nothing! With our gold all gone (the collateral) used to fund all them wars, Oh! You didn’t know about that either, the free press didn’t find the time to inform you, in between all that war and terror reporting? Had to pay the bankers, they got bills to pay themselves you know and they preferred our gold over all that worthless paper [they print for us], backed by nothing. You see “We the People” found out after our servant government gave all our gold away, you know to pay that interest. It was President Regan’s Gold Commission in 1982 that found that the American people no longer own the Gold that our beloved President Roosevelt collected from the people, for safe keeping of course, you know, you remember, President Roosevelt’s Gold Confiscation of April 5, 1933, lets see for the doubting Thomas’s that would be Presidential Executive Order 6102. I guess Congress was too busy writing “Title 26” [gibberish, see (http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on Title 26] then to take on all that “Constitutional responsibility”, (you know, that silly goddamn piece of paper to quote George W Bush http://www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/publish/article_7779.shtml). that they were elected for, you know that little old job “securing America’s monetary system”. ((http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on Inflation tax)

On May 23, 1933, Congressman, Louis T. McFadden, on the floors of Congress put it this way "Mr. Chairman, we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed have cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over. "This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of these United States, has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the defects of the law under which it operates, through the maladministration of that law by the Fed and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it. "Some people who think that the Federal Reserve Banks are a United States Government Institution. They are private monopolies [see (http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on Fed-Private Corporation] which prey upon the people of these United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers; [full speech can be found at – (http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on “The Fed”]
Jefferson [author of the Declaration of Independence] knew all about these dangers, he saw what they [foreign bankers] did to England and what they tried to do to the Thirteen Colonies, after all it was the core reason for the revolutionary war, seen clearly in the “Declaration of Independence” [see http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on Declaration of Independence] Oh! Our federally controlled school’s some how missed getting that into our federally controlled [approved curriculum] history books!

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered”. - Thomas Jefferson

Wow! Talk about insight! Take notice of some of the “parallel truths” found in the Declaration of Independence and the problems in our day?

(1) He [Administration & Congress] has refused his Assent to Laws [The Constitution],
(2) He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance [by way of federal laws];
(3) He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone [federal judges],
(4) He has erected a multitude of New Offices [CFR, IRS, FED, ATF, CIA, Dept of Education,  & 100’s more unconstitutionally anointed departments];
(5) He has sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance [IRS & ATF].
(6) He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution [Federal courts], and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation [administrative law]:
(7) For mock Trials [tax courts];
(8) For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent [income tax]:
(9) For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury [State Courts]:
(10) For transporting us [to federal courts] to be tried for pretended offences [laws repugnant to the Constitution];
(11) For introducing the absolute [Federal] rule into these [50] States:
(12) For abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments [The Constitution]:
(13) In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, [government] whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to govern a free people. The Federal government acts just like King George. If Jefferson was here today he would be, “Ron Paul”!

And I guess the dollar [backed by nothing] valued at 4 cents that’s down from 4.9 cents since 2006, is the Fed’s way of protecting our interests, or is it the Fed’s [private corporation] interests? Hmmm! No taxation without representation! Surely you don’t believe all those snake oil salesmen [both democrat & republican] in Washington are voting on “We the Peoples” behalf, do you?

"The true foundation of republican government is the equal right of every citizen in his person and property and in their management." - Thomas Jefferson

"The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not." - Thomas Jefferson

(3) Section 8 - The Congress shall have power to declare war – The President has hijacked this power claiming that we live in a small world, things happen quickly. If something did happen while the President was mobilizing to protect our interest, Congress could gather together for an emergency session to debate and vote on war, why has congress allowed this to happen? Why?

(4) Section 8 - The Congress shall have power to exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District not exceeding ten miles square. – Our servant government has decided, you know during that “raw” I mean “new deal”, that they should take control of 1/3rd of the Nations land mass and 100% of its water ways, they only want to protect us, I guess we the people through our states were unable to care for this land, must be another debate I missed. So, they changed 10 miles square to 1,179,147 miles square, that’s not to big of a change is it? Never mind the owners [We the People] opinion isn’t needed here your servant government has decided for you! And don’t forger the District of Columbia which includes Guam, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Bakers Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kinksman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Petrel Islands, Serranilla Bank, Wake Island and all the water ways around them. By the way what’s going on in all those places are we the people in control or are all these places sanctuaries for the elite?

(5) The 1st Amendment says “congress shall make no law” prohibiting the free exercise of religion – Lets see there is a law preventing you from saying the name of “Jesus” in schools and federal buildings. They treat the name of Jesus as vulgarity and vulgarity has become your right of free expression. And there are laws that forces judges to remove the 10 commandments from court houses. And School Boards to remove them from schools and God forbid we “moralize” your children! I’m confused how can congress make laws when congress shall make no laws?

"The reason that Christianity is the best friend of Government is because Christianity is the only religion that changes the heart." - Thomas Jefferson

Douds, 339 U.S. 382, 390; Wieman v. Updegraff, 344 U.S. 183,191-192; Hannegan v. Esquire, Inc., 327 U.S. 146, 155-156.

All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void, ChiefJustice Marshall, Marbury vs. Madison, 5, U.S. (1 Cranch) 137, 174, 176,(1803).

"God who gave us life, gave us liberty. - Thomas Jefferson

"Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that his justice cannot sleep forever." - Thomas Jefferson

(6) The 1st Amendment - congress shall make no law to deprive the freedom of speech … Yet the government has been arresting people for spreading information about the truth concerning the IRS and the Fed, they claim, “they are spreading tax schemes”. When asked why don’t they answer the people? They say, “We are with warrants”! The government has for the first time in history banned a book called the “Federal Mafia, a book about the law and how the government is breaking those laws and violating our constitutional rights. We can’t have all this negative talk about our “servant government” you know that servant that gets our permission before selling our things or rearranging our house. Oh he didn’t?

(7) The 1st Amendment - congress shall make no law to deprive the freedom the press … How can the press be free when a government licenses them, thereby controlling ownership and controls the renewal process and all of the main stream media, like the banking industry, are cartel’s, owned by a few large Corporations? [see http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on media ownership(chart)].

"Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost." - Thomas Jefferson

(8) The 1st Amendment - congress shall make no law prohibiting the right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances… Congress without Constitutional authority added you can sue by “permission only”. The court’s have enforced & denied “We the People” twice in the land mark case demanding our servant government to answer once and for all, “do we still have a constitution”? “Are we still a country of laws”? “Are we the people required by law to pay income tax”? I think those simple questions should be answered with a simple yes or no, what do you think? [www.wethepeoplefoundation.org] But the people have been lulled; our servant government need not answer us, least we awake!

(9) The 4th Amendment - the right of the people to be secured in their persons, houses, papers & effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated … except by the Fed & IRS [both private corporations claiming to be government agencies]. But not to worry they will only take enough money from you to destroy you once per audit [the mafia calls this bleeding their mark], that’s their job. Imagine the fun they are going to have when the patriot act becomes old hat and the lulled will understand that they are only going after the cheats.

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them"       Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 491

(10) The 5th Amendment - No person shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself … Yet the IRS [anointed with government authority from your servant government] requires that we report, under threat of a crime [endorsed by your servant government] and what ever we put down “will be used against us” in the IRS & Fed [private corporations acting under the authority of your servant government] controlled Federal Courts [corporate courts] that enforce these corporate [administrative] laws and run the debtors prisons [Federal prisons], hosted by your friendly servant government, for failure to pay income-tax [corporate profit]. I guess they just do it their way. [see http://www.Vote2008RonPaul.com/ click on Income tax].

"The Fifth Amendment applies alike to criminal and civil proceedings" McCarthy v. Arndstein, 266 U.S. 34

"In numerous cases where the IRS has sought enforcement of its summons pursuant to statute, courts have held that a taxpayer may refuse production of personal books and records by assertion of his privilege against self-incrimination."        Hill v. Philpott, 445 F2d 144, 146

"To penalize the failure to give a statement which is self-incriminatory, is beyond the power of Congress"
United States v. Lombardo, 228 F. 980,981

(11) The 5th Amendment - No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law … Yet there are countless people that have lost everything and some are in jail [debtors prison] with out due process [trial in a Court of Law]. Tax courts [federal judges] don’t recognize the Constitution at all they say, “It’s not applicable here” and people are sentenced to what ever length of time the judge sees fit. I suspect the sentence is measured against how much complaining you do about that “goddamn piece of paper”. There exist in our law “no laws” and “no criminal punishment” for income tax evasion. Does our master, I mean servant government knows how to deal with these cheaters or what? [see http://www.paynoincometax.com/federalmafia.htm, careful don’t be caught with a copy of this]

"All laws, rules and practices which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void" - Marbury v. Madison, 5th US (2 Cranch) 137, 180

"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as they are injurious to others." - Thomas Jefferson

(12) The 5th Amendment - No person shall be deprived of private property be taken for public use, without just compensation … Yet the courts have taken land from people to give to corporations saying that the additional tax revenues constitute public use. Maybe soon tax evaders will be classified as terrorist, after all they are pretty radical people injuring our country [corporation] by not paying their fair share, and then we can just throw these people in jail without the “mock” trial and save a whole bunch of money.

(13) The 6th Amendment says the accused shall enjoy the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation. Yet tax courts do not produce the law that they say we violate, don’t be too concerned [your servant government is consistent] that’s only because there are none, they work over time [with the support of your state schools and state media] to deceive the people into believing this system are courts of law when in fact they are Federally hosted Corporate courts pretending to be your servant government.

(14) The 6th Amendment says the accused shall enjoy the right of an impartial jury. – Yet the juries at tax courts are informed that they need not see the law, the law is what the judge says it is, don’t worry the judge has nothing but best intention for you.

"It is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the Constitutional rights of the citizen and against any stealthy encroachments thereon"      Boyd v. United States, 116 U.S. 616, 635

"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms [of government] those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." - Thomas Jefferson

(15) The 6th Amendment - the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him … Yet in all administrative courts there are no witnesses, just the statements extorted out of the victims and all the illegally seized evidence along with exaggerating figures. Yea! We don’t need that “goddamn piece of paper”!

"In matters of Power, let no more be heard of confidence in men, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." - Thomas Jefferson

"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. - Thomas Jefferson
"Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government? When the people fear the government, tyranny has found victory. - Thomas Jefferson

(16) The 10th Amendment - Powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people … Yet Congress has anointed them-selves more power then was delegated in the Constitution by writing the 16th amendment, and endless administrative laws (repugnant to the constitution) while passing them off as the law of the land. Not only does that “damn piece of paper” say all power has been delegated and what ever we forgot (hmmm) goes to the people. It’s pretty bold, don’t you think that our servant government anoints themselves more power and places the law under the “BILL OF RIGHTS”! Did you pick up on that? Only people have “RIGHTS” governments cannot have “RIGHTS”! Seems our servant government thinks they do. But since our founding fathers provided for no other place to add to the Constitution but under the “BILL OF RIGHTS”, because any power not delegated belongs to the people. I guess we can appreciate our servant government’s dilemma! Not to worry, go back to sleep, they have nothing but good intentions for “YOU”. John Marshall (shaped American constitutional law and made the Supreme Court a center of power) in 1819 wrote that "The power to tax involves the power to destroy." Even if we ignore the moral argument that taxes are theft and ignore the consequentialist arguments that taxes hamper the pursuit of happiness and lower economic efficiency, the power to tax has numerous harmful incentives that indeed encourage destruction in many ways.

"Congress cannot by any definition (of income in this case) it may adopt, conclude the matter, since it cannot by legislation alter the Constitution, from which alone it derives its power to legislate, and within whose limitations alone that power can be lawfully expressed."  Eisner v. Macomber, 252 U.S. 189

"The 16th Amendment does not justify the taxation of persons or things previously immune. It was intended only to remove all occasions for any apportionment of income taxes among the states. It does not authorize a tax on a salary" - Evans V. Gore, 253 U.S. 245

"The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases." - Thomas Jefferson

(17) The 13th Amendment - neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction [that would include the District of Columbia] … Yet the American people have been enslaved to the International Bankers through income tax since 1913 [the elite’s payment for being our “money” printer], we pay 96% tax before they even take the income tax. You see the dollar is worth only 4 cents because your servant government has been printing and spending your money like a drunken sailor. This hidden tax is called inflation, what do you think is going to happen when they can’t inflate no more? Why they just “deflate” AKA “depression” it’s not far off if the dollar continues to loose about 1 cent every 12 months [dollar value 1n 2006 was 4.9 cents] we have about 4 years to 0 cents. And we will implode before we reach 0 cents. How are we going to fight our war on Terror then?

Remember what Jefferson warned us about? Wake up now! We are in the final phase of their slavery plan.

"To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical." - Thomas Jefferson

(18) 2nd Amendment - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed … Notice it says “bear” arms. Can’t bear them in most places, least not without a license, especially in cities where we really need them and what a nightmare if you are traveling interstate with a hand gun.

"The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." - Thomas Jefferson
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." - Thomas Jefferson

"Decency, security and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the same rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously". [...Our Government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example...] Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto him self; it invites anarchy. To declare that, in the administration of the criminal law, the end justifies the means -- to declare that the Government may commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of a private criminal -- would bring terrible retribution. Against that pernicious doctrine this Court should resolutely set its face. - [Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438 (1928)]

"In matters of Power, let no more be heard of confidence in men, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." – Thomas Jefferson

Well, if you are not awake by now you will never be. This is just the tip of the constitutional crisis ice-burg if you don’t realize by now that our American Institutions, both political parties, and our servant government has been hi jacked go back to sleep. As for those who have been “awakened” search out for your self these things, knowledge is power, “get power”! And ask your self the question’s, why isn’t our “free” press informing us about all these Constitutional infringements? Why does our servant government teach in their schools about the Constitution but has no curriculum teaching the Constitution? [Don’t you think people in a free country should learn from their founding document what “true” freedom is?] Why aren’t any of the other Presidential candidates talking about these “American” issues? Why do all these Presidential candidates look like deer caught in the headlights when Ron Paul brings them up? When was the last time, any of these politicians solved any of the problems they talk about? Seems to me that in the 30 or so politically conscious years that I have been voting, they keep talking about the same problems! Election day feels like “ground hog day” to me! You really think any of these “servant” politicians once elected are going to close our boarders? Dream on … You think they will balance the budget? Dream on … You think they are going to take their oath to protect your Constitutional rights serious? Dream on … Oh! You say “this time is different” hmmm! I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale! When are we going to wake up? Wake up and smell the “rats” and they ain’t just DemocRATS! I suppose that if you can control the education [what people know] and the media [what people are talking about] you can control what and how they should think!
