But thanks for calling BS on the polluter.

I have a few examples,
the bailout, where did the 750 Billion dollars go?

Cash for clunkers, why is it all the other nations on earth receiving the stimulus for that and not our country?

Unions, why are unions getting favored treatment in the White House when the Union in question only has 2 million members. Are they the only Americans that count in this country?

Star debunking those examples.

Politically we traded oil for bankers, how is this a good move?

The bailout was started in the previous administration. And was not unconstitutional. In fact, none of these are unconstitutional. They may be the wrong thing to do and we may not agree with any of it but that does not make it unconstitutional.
When we start throwing around words like unconstitutional we become like the little boy who cried wolf.
By the way...Sandra Bullock is my new heart throb. She was brilliant in the movie Blind Side.

Here is a web site with the Obama EOs.

http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/executive-orders/2009-obama.html#13515

I have to study them. As a lawyer, Obama is adept at putting things into legalese such that now one knows or is unclear as to whether the orders is to execute someone or render aide unto death. I know that several have been pointed out in the media of questionable EOs. under the constitution. However Obama is not the only one violating the constitution. You have the entire Democratic party in Congress doing it. Additionally, you have Eric Holder of the Department of Defense and Gietner of the Department of Treasury trashing the Constitution. So, Obama is not the sole criminal here, he is the ring leader of a team whose intentionally wrecking our lives for the purpose of subjugating the American people as property of the Federal Government.

Your right I don't have the proof, I have a suspicion which is not enough to take action so all I can do is rant, study all the stuff they are generating by the 1000's of pages per document and figure out what they are doing. I believe they are deliberately using long complex documents encoded with legalese to strip us of our rights and privileges, if nothing else our money.

This post started as term limits and I have one more quick comment on term limits. Our city council has 19 members. 14 are going to run for reelection. The other 5 can not because we have TERM LIMITS. They are allowed only 2 terms of 4 years each. I still don't see why we can not do this on the national level. The POTUS is limited as are governors. Why not our senators and representatives.
First politician that endorses term limits is going to get a campaign contribution from me. Someone with more skill than me should start a campaign for term limits.

I agree, we need term limits on Congress, I think that is possible at the state level in the state constitutions. But I don't agree with the idea of "Single Service." Meaning that you serve one or two terms and then no more. I think we should allow for representatives to be allowed to serve again after they have stepped out for a while so Term limits should be a 2by2 limit meaning two terms in and two terms out repeatable for the life of the individual and only a conviction of a crime can bar a person from serving as a representative.

I can live with that. It is just the 20 to 30 year career politicians that I can't stand. Their only purpose in life is to raise money to get reelected.

How wonderful.  The Obama cheerleaders are taking over yet another 'conservative' forum.   I am reminded why I don't frequent them.

Obama cheerleaders infest forums of all stripes, whether paid shills or useful idiots.

It's easy to understand why El Rushbo will not involve himself in any innerwebs forum.

You still did not explain how advocating for term limits equates to cheerleading for Obama. You going to address that question?
