O.J. Simpson says "If I was anybody else, I wouldn't be going to court," on charges of armed robbery and kidnapping from the truly strange "heist" he pulled off in a hotel a year or so back.

In fact he is correct on two counts.  First, O.J. should already be in jail for murdering his ex-wife and Ronald Goldman way back.  If he had been anybody else he wouldn't have skated on that first change and thus wouldn't have been walking the streets to get busted again like a total moron.

In the second place, if O.J. was somebody else, he wouldn't be going to jail because O.J. committed this crime too and there would be no reason to prosecute the "somebody else" he might be.  

How many "get out of jail free cards" does he suppose he should get?  Truly he is one of the "stupid people" walking the streets of this nation.  Did he ever serve on the Supreme Court?

LAS VEGAS - O.J. Simpson says an ambitious Nevada prosecutor is pressing a kidnapping and armed robbery case against him that he says even the alleged victims don't want to pursue.

"If I was anybody else, I wouldn't be going to court," Simpson told a reporter for Fargo, N.D., radio station KFGO who interviewed him late Tuesday at a Fargo cigar bar. Simpson was vacationing in eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.

I guess O.J. didn't get the errata to the memo.  Some people in the system know he skated and were looking for him to screw up again.  And he did so in a BIG WAY!  How stupid can you be to commit armed robbery and kidnapping when you KNOW the cops are out to get you!  Stupid is as stupid does.
