SCOTUS Strikes Again!

SCOTUS Strikes Again!

Postby paleocon on 06/25/08, 12:26 pm

Today, SCOTUS determined that it is "cruel and unusual" to execute a convicted child rapist.

Evidently, they don't consider it "cruel and unusual" to rape a child.  The obviously don't consider it "cruel and unusual" to perform infanticide when they call it "partial birth abortion."

Scaring a child for life is okay.  Killing the scum of the earth who does it to the kid is a problem for the "Fab Five" on the court.

Here's a quote from Justice Kennedy

But Kennedy said the absence of any recent executions for rape and the small number of states that allow it demonstrate "there is a national consensus against capital punishment for the crime of child rape."

Let's put it to a vote and see what the national consensus is.  WHAT A MORON!!!!

So Kennedy now claims to know what we think as well as to know what is best for us!  The arrogance of this man knows no bounds.

He now believes protecting the life of the lowest scum on the planet is worth more than protecting children from repeat offenders.  The only solace left is the fact that child molesting rapists like this will receive the punishment they so richly deserve at the hands of inmates rather than the state.

It is appalling to realize that convicted inmates in prison recognize the utter depravity of child rapists but "Justice" Kennedy does not.

And the Left claims to be the great protectors of children. How often do we hear, we must do it for the children.
Apparently, when it comes down to actually doing something for the children the Communists are just talk. Cheap meaningless rhetoric.

Is Michelle proud of her country today?

I am trying to think of the last thing these Marxists did "for the children" that actually helped any children.  Of course, the could all resign....

Excellent idea. Is there a legal provision for a national referendum, other than constitutional amendment?

I believe any first year college course in logic would explain the problems with the "argument from silence."  Evidently "Justice" Kennedy missed a lot of college.

What is the method to impeach a Supreme Court Justice?  I know 5 who need to leave as they are no longer rendering decisions based on the constitution but rather based on Communist Party DNC ideology.

The same process is used to impeach a Justice as the President.  The House brings articles of impeachment and the Senate tries them.  Samuel Chase is the first and only, but perhaps not the last, justice to be impeached and he was acquitted by the Senate in 1804.

Please, the American Association of MORONS is filing a complaint about people calling "Justice" Kennedy a moron.  They find the comparison degrading and insulting to morons everywhere.

Please use a new adjective when describing "Justice" Kennedy from this point forward.
