My name is Tr Cojoc,

I was born in Eastern Europe, right in the middle of the war. The year was 1941. The war eventually ended and the communism took over. I escaped communism with the sole purpose of making the United States my new country. The year was 1969. I became a naturalized US citizen in 1976. This country has been great to me. I am retired now living in California.

I am watching in amazement the presidential contenders promising to deliver just about everything under the sun to the “people”. This is a typical socialistic approach. Socialist undercurrents are not new to this country. Roosevelt had his Great Society, Nixon placed salary caps and taxed old and new oil differently creating gas shortages, Carter did even worse and the interest rates for a home went up to 20 percent. I can go on and on.

There is no place for socialism in this great country!

When national security is influenced by socialist ideology, it will be deadly.
