Ah, journalism at its best, "BS", huh? Now you know just how frightened the left really is and that is not bull!

How pretty they can write and then they show their true colors shinning through...

They're acting pretty stupid.  Nothing is off the record....and there is no such thing as a 'dead' mike.  That certainly messes up your betrayal when you're nailed with your own words.

Peggy Noonan has always been a conservative, not a Republican, not a RINO, not a lefty. She's been writing about how the RNC has left its conservative base.   So, she didn't think Palin was a good choice..well, I hate to tell you this but Charles Krauthammer doesn't like the choice either.  He didn't like the choice before the speech and while he said it was a great speech, he still thinks she was a bad choice.  So..it is up to Gov Palin to win them over.  They stand among those conservatives who have been fighting the Rockefeller Blue Bloods as the RNC has been heading left.  Truthfully..like Eyas or Mr Jones..I'm not sure anything John McCain does would ever be ok with Peggy Noonan or Charles Krauthammer or a few other staunch conservatives, but I think she will win them over.  

Look, if my significant other who is a Democrat (but I'm working on him), is excited about Palin and would rather it be a Palin/McCain ticket, then she will win over the doubters.

I know Krauthammer is not happy.  But i also listened to Peggy.  There has got to be a better way to work within the republican party than what she has done.   I don't like McCain but this pick of his has got me positively excited about voting AND this election.   Just because they write columns...that doesn't make them right all the time.   I'm disappointed in Peggy.

and just as an afterthought...If you're a politician, a conservative one...YOU CANNOT AFFORD to be 'friends' with the enemy.    This is a fight for the life of the republican party and conservatism and the continuance of this country against the evil of socialism/communism/radicalism/anti-americanism.    The sooner conservatives figure this out, the better off we'll be.   Democrats know it and they NEVER forget it.

She has no idea how the world works outside of the newsroom and the beltway. She is a joke.
