Obama `patriotic` to Washington`s political plum job empire!

If you think Obama is patriotic to America and the constitutionally limited system of government our federal Constitution mandates, and he does not have a personal and selfish interest in conning the America people into voting for him, I suggest you listen to his words very closely. The irrefutable fact is, Obama’s gimmick is bribing Mary and Joe Sixpack with their own tax dollars, and his prize would be, if elected, an allowance to justify an outrageous expansion of the federal government, with the creation of countless new political plum jobs which will be necessary to redistribute Mary and Joe Sixpack‘s paycheck which Obama will need to make good on the bribery he has engaged in.

But let’s be fair and point out there is nothing new with Obama`s game plan. As a matter of fact, why do you think there was such fighting between Hillary and Obama? The answer is, those who win the presidency get to be in charge of who will be hired and fired from countless political plum jobs created by the Washington Establishment, most of which are in violation of the limited powers granted to Congress by our Constitution!

A summary of the limited powers granted to Congress by our Constitution is articulated in the following way by James Madison in FEDERALIST NO. 45:

"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce. ... The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives and liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State."

As stated above, the intended powers of the federal government are to operate primarily on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce. With that in mind, here is a current A-Z Index of U.S. Government Departments and Agencies, click on any particular listing to find the countless number of political plum jobs created in that department, many of which have six figure salaries and unbelievable benefits, all of which are financed by taxing Mary and Joe Sixpack`s paychecks!

So, let is examine just one federal agency which is not authorized by our federal Constitution, the Department of Education. The federal Department of Education has approximately 5000 federal political plum job employees with excessive salaries, top of the shelf medical plans, and an outrageous pension program, all of which Mary and Joe Sixpack living in Louisiana can only dream of having but will continue to be gouged by federal taxation to finance if Obama is elected. And, the sad truth is, public education just happens to be a state constitutionally authorized function, not a federally authorized function, and yet, the people of Louisiana would be taxed under Obama, if elected, in addition to being taxed by their state government to fund a state constitutionally authorized function. In the process 5000 employees at the federal department of education will stay happy campers under Obama’s presidency, while Mary and Joe will continue to be nothing more than tax slaves living on a federal plantation created to finance the Washington Establishment and the economic needs of its millions of federal political plum job holders.

It is amazing to learn the Federal Department of Education now has a annual budget of about $ 67 BILLION which was the entire federal budget in 1955 ___ a time period in America when Joe Sixpack’s paycheck was barely taxed by the federal government, he was able to meet his own family’s economic needs, and Mary, his wife, was able to stay home to take care of their children.

But let’s get back to our 5000 political plum job holders at the federal Department of Education who are rewarded quite well by the Washington Establishment for doubling as its volunteer foot soldiers during election time.

WASHINGTON’S POLITICAL PLUM JOB OVERVIEW

Are you considering a government job? The federal government employs more than 2,700,000 workers and hires hundreds of thousands each year to replace civil service workers that transfer to other federal government jobs, retire, or leave for other reasons. Average annual salary for full-time federal government jobs exceeds $67,000. The U.S. Government is the largest employer in the United States, hiring about 2.0 percent of the nation's work force. Federal government jobs can be found in every state and large metropolitan area, including overseas in over 200 countries. The average annual federal workers compensation, pay plus benefits, is $106,871 compared to just $53,288 for the private sector according to the United States Bureau of Economic Analysis.

Now wait a second, Mary and Joe Sixpack’s average annual wage amounts to only $45-55 K. Why are Mary and Joe earning less than those they employee?

In addition, here are other federal employee ``benefits`` which Mary and Joe will be gouged to finance:

Life insurance plan___ Mary and Joe Sixpack get to pay 1/3 of a government workers federal life insurance plan.

Federal Employees Dental & Vision Program is a full coverage plan and federal employees get to use pre-tax dollars to pay for their vision and dental premiums while Mary and Joe are forced to use after taxed dollars to fund their Dental & Vision plan.

Under the federal employee retirement system, there is a tax-deferred savings plan known as the ``Thrift Savings Plan``. Under this plan, federal workers may contribute up to 10% of their salaries to the plan, with Mary and Joe Sixpack being taxed to match up to 5% of a federal employee`s contribution.

Also, under the Civilian Service Retirement System a federal employee contributes 7% of their paycheck to retirement while Mary and Joe Sixpack are forced to match that 7 % out of their paychecks.

And, with reference to health insurance, which is in addition to the above mentioned dental and vision plan, see Federal Employees to See Moderate Rise in Health Insurance Premiums

Health insurance premiums for federal employees and retirees will increase by an average of 2.1 percent next year, the Office of Personnel Management announced this afternoon.

Cut------

The federal program will offer 283 plans next year and will provide insurance coverage to about 8 million Americans: civil service and postal workers, retirees, and family members. The government picks up about 70 percent of premium costs in its role as employer.

What the writer meant to say is, Mary and Joe Sixpack, who can barely meet their own health care needs, get to pick up about 70 percent of the premium costs to provide health care to the Washington Establishment’s political plum job holders and their families.

If elected, Obama will get to fire and hire countless political plum job holders and his hand picked loyalist replacements will then administer Obama’s federal plantation, while Mary and Joe Sixpack will remain the Washington Establishment’s tax slaves.

Bottom line is, judging from Obama’s very own words and his promise to enlarge the federal government, has established that his patriotism will not be focused in being obedient to our constitutionally limited system of government and federalism [our Constitution‘s plan], but rather, his patriotism and loyalty will be with the Washington Establishment, and its political plum job empire.

Indeed, the servant has become the master over those who have created a servant, and the new servant pays tribute by taxation to a gangster government which ignores our most basic law…our constitutions, state and federal.

JWK

The following article provides a good clue as to where Obama’s organized support comes from and why!
NEA President to recommend Obama

Now why would the president of the NEA’s 3.2 million member organization support Obama when the federal government has no authority to tax for, finance, or meddle in the public school systems established under state constitutions? Because Obama will continue the taxing of hard working families living in Harlem to finance the public school system of California. In addition, he will also give his approving nod to tax hard working families living in Harlem to fund the 5000 political plum job holders at the federal Department of Education, some of whom have been quite busy plundering its budget to finance personal economic needs. See The Department Of Embezzlement

But the problem with Obama’s plan using federal taxation to reward the 3.2 million members of the NEA is, he will be misappropriating federal revenue for a function not authorized by our federal Constitution.

Let us look at the irrefutable facts.

The People of Maryland delegated the power for a state funded and regulated educational system to their state elected officials, and not to the Congress of the United States sitting in Washington --- the wording being as follows:

“The General Assembly, at its First Session after the adoption of this Constitution, shall by Law establish throughout the State a thorough and efficient System of Free Public Schools; and shall provide by taxation, or otherwise, for their maintenance.”

The Maryland Constitutional also states, in emphatic terms:
“the People of this State have the sole and exclusive right of regulating the internal government and police thereof, as a free, sovereign and independent State.”

Under Art. 3 of Maryland’s Constitution, the command is for local regulation and funding of education as opposed to a federally funded and regulated public school system.

The Maryland Constitution also states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution thereof, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people thereof.”

This very provision of Maryland’s Declaration of Rights is also agreed to by the People of the United States by their ratification of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States!

So why do we have a federal Department of Education when it is not authorized by our written Constitution? Because our federal government personifies a living creature, a predator: it grows, it multiplies, it protects itself, and feeds on those it can defeat, and does everything to expand and flourish, even at the expense of creating federal tax slaves living in Harlem, who will have their paychecks confiscated by Obama to finance the personal economic needs of his 5000 foot soldier army at the federal Department of Education.

The problem is, Black working people are absolutely correct when they say “its all about the Benjamins”, but they are easily conned into surrendering the “Benjamins“ they earn.

The notion that the modern Republican party is any different or that they are "fiscally responsible" is a joke.  Per the Cato Inst.:

President Bush has presided over the largest overall increase in inflation-adjusted federal spending since Lyndon B. Johnson. Even after excluding spending on defense and homeland security, Bush is still the biggest-spending president in 30 years.

Total government spending grew by 33 percent during Bush’s first term. The federal budget as a share of the economy grew from 18.5 percent of GDP on Clinton’s last day in office to 20.3 percent by the end of Bush’s first term.

The Republican Congress has enthusiastically assisted the budget bloat. Inflation-adjusted spending on the combined budgets of the 101 largest programs they vowed to eliminate in 1995 has grown by 27 percent.

Inflation is growing faster than in the last quarter century, banks are closing, foreclosures are sky high, the deficit and national debt are out of control, oil is $140, gas is $4.30/gal, the dollar is low, we are in 2 wars-one of which we don't have enough troops to prevent our outposts from being raided by superior numbers-ALL THANKS TO THE BUSH AMINISTRATION- I'll gladly take Clinton, Bush I, or Reagan over this president-embarrasing!

Actually, inflation is only at 4.00% and most of that is due to energy and food costs driving up the cost of everything.  "Inflation" on everything else is minimal.  Inflation is not our problem but the Fed seems to know no other economic term so they focus on that.  Energy is our problem.  We need more than we have.  Bush and Congress share blame for this problem.  Neither has done anything to increase domestic supplies of energy in the past 7 years.  For that matter, nobody had done anything since Reagan so you can add Bush I and Clinton to the list of those responsible for the problem.

We are in one war with two fronts.  And we have Clinton to thank for gutting the size of our military for the current shortage of troops.  Clinton gutted the force structure because he wanted to spend the "peace dividend" on domestic projects.  It will take years to raise the additional brigades the Army wants to create.

Both parties have contributed to the mess we are in and that is why many of us here are no longer supporters of the Dems or GOP.  We are tired of being lied to and mislead and mis-governed.  I think most of us realize we need a real change back toward limited government, balanced budgets and a sound currency.  But, we realize none of this mess is due to any one person or party.

I was careful not to say "inflation is high", just wanted to point out the story today from Drudge that inlfation is up at fastest pace in 27 years-due, as you correctly pointed out, to energy and food prices.  I agree with the rest of your comments.  As someone who voted for W Bush the first time out I can only label his presidency as embarassing on so many fronts.  For any Conservative to think that Reagan would have screwed things up like this is crazy.  We will be paying for his errors for years if not decades.

I hope I didn’t give you the impression that I support the leadership of either “Party”. I do not defend FDR’s democratic party inspired “New Deal“, or LBJ’s democratic party inspired “Great Society”, both of which are responsible for ushering in the Washington Establishment’s political plum job empire!

Nor would I ever think of defending the expansion of federal spending under the Bush Administration which was made possible by a Republican controlled House and Senate____ keep in mind this unity in party leadership and their control of the Presidency was not the case under Reagan and Clinton.

But what is important to note in all this is the never ending expansion in the Washington Establishment’s political plum job empire since its introduction by FDR in the 1930‘s, and how those who hold political plum jobs do far better financially than, for example, a hard working person living in Harlem, as documented above:

Are you considering a government job? The federal government employs more than 2,700,000 workers and hires hundreds of thousands each year to replace civil service workers that transfer to other federal government jobs, retire, or leave for other reasons. But they seem to be easily conned into surrendering the “Benjamins“ they earn to "agents of change" who merely seek to change the faces of those holding political plum jobs within the inner circle of the Washington Establishment. Do black voters not realize they will be betrayed by Obama's "agents of change“ and remain tax slaves ___ useful to feed political plum job holders on our federal plantation?

Re: Obama`s backers want federal takeover of public schools

Postby johnwk on 07/27/08, 8:13 pm

Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) has an “expansive vision” for our federal government and wants a new federal law which would subjugate our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment and federalism and require public school systems created by the people under state constitutions, to stay open all day and provide a variety of after-school activities and services such as child care, recreation, tutoring, dental and medical care and counseling. See: New Vision for Schools Proposes Broad Role

Keep in mind that AFT’s 1.4 million member organization endorsed Obama, which is in addition to the National Education Association’s 3.2 million member organization which also endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for U.S. president. And, in 2004, these two politically active organizations had more delegates to the democrat convention than every state delegation except California’s delegation.

Of course, those who have been victims of a government school education, which is now most of our nation’s population, have no reason to be alarmed or suspect that their constitutionally limited “Republican Form of Government” is being threatened from within by these groups. The sad truth is, those who attend government schools, which have been taken over by these two groups [ AFT and NEA] have not been taught that our federal Constitution does not delegate a power to Congress to tax for, spend on and regulate state constitutionally authorized public school systems! As a matter of fact, for several generations children attending government schools have not been taught the basics of our constitutionally limited system of government and the enumerated powers granted to Congress by our Constitution which were elaborated upon in the Federalists Papers, e.g. see Federalist No.45

The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State. The operations of the federal government will be most extensive and important in times of war and danger; those of the State governments, in times of peace and security.

The bottom line is, Barack Obama’s primary supporters are part of a very dangerous Washington Establishment and its parasitic political plum job empire, who have a primary and personal financial interest at stake in supporting Obama ____ feeding at the public trough!

Aside from the AFT and NEA organizations, let us look at the federal Department of Education. The federal Department of Education has approximately 5000 federal political plum job employees with excessive salaries, top of the shelf medical plans, and an outrageous pension program, all of which Mary and Joe Sixpack living in Idaho can only dream of having but will continue to be taxed to finance if Obama is elected.

And what is the job of the employees at the federal Dept. of Education? Redistributing money taxed away from Mary and Joe Sixpack for a function not authorized by our written federal Constitution.

The frightening thing in all this is, the total memberships of the AFT, NEA and federal Department of Education make up an alarming 5 million member foot soldier army, which organizes during federal elections to keep Mary and Joe Sixpack a federal tax slave, there to support the good life for federal employees at the Department of Education, in spite of the fact that the American people have not given a power to Congress to tax for, spend on, or regulate state constitutionally authorized public school systems.
