That all of the wonderful people who have supported her, and stood united with her through this election must now help her take back the country before it is too late and vote for John McCain. Yes, we know that he is a Republican but he knows how to win a war and this is a war that must be won if we want to save this great nation. And with her help in the Senate and her 18 million votes we can together, chose a man who can restore this country to the rightful owners, the American People.  She would go down as one of the greatest women in American History. A Legacy than transcends time.
With a little prodding in the right direction and the scent of greatness in the air…..Just a thought!

Well, it's a nice thought but..she is a marxist.  She's one of them and she has been part and parcel to all the moves towards socialism.  She'd never do it.  Not in a million years.  However, Dick Morris says she has Private Detectives out all over the place looking for things on Obama.  She hasn't given up.  She didn't give her delegates to Obama and she didn't end her campaign, she suspended it.  When she can figure out how to get the tape of Michelle My Belle denegrating Whitey in the same fashion as the Rev Wright made public without it coming back on her, we'll see just how much she's supporting Obama.  Right now, BJ has the tape and he's shown it to a number of Democrats.  A few Republicans have seen it.  She has to figure out how to get it out without it coming back on her.  She will.  That's what the Clintons do.  They are the masters of slime...and there will be more..count on it.

If there is a tape....it WILL be made public sooner or later. I suspect that BHO is just bracing for that shoe to drop and then set the damage control machine into action.

I don't know about any tape but then Miki Obama seems like she could shoot her mouth off pretty easily.  And now what is this about his birth certificate?  This guy is going into overdrive to hide stuff and, for a Republican, that would bring the MSM out like sharks.  Will Obama skate past this too?  If there is nothing to hide, why hide it?  Sort of like Bill Clinton's medical records (never relased) and John "I served in Viet Nam" Kerry's military records (never released).  

I thought birth and death records were a public record by default?  Am I missing something here?

I had an idea today.

I don't know if it's a good one or a horrific one; but it involves an act of civil disobedience worthy of a Code Pinko, Daily Kos reader, or World Bank protestor.

When living in Northern Virginia, I constantly lamented the stupidity of the D.C. Beltway and the fact that it caused the third worst traffic in the country (after NYC and LA) despite having a population less than one-quarter that of the New York metro area.  The D.C. beltway is essentially a wall AGAINST traffic around D.C.

There are 7 crossings of the Potomac.  There are roughly 20 - 25 ways past the beltway in Maryland.  Somewhere between 20 to 30 cars could effectively completely block any one of these arteries in both directions -- especially if parked in an interlocking diagonal "brick-work" pattern and siphoned empty of gas.

Thus, less than 1000 people acting simultaneously could shut down the city for a day.  Many of those 1000 could also do the same thing at any other time, on any other subsequent day.  Several thousand coordinated individuals could effectively shut down the city any day, or every day, at any time -- and with enough flexibility in positioning that the blockades could be in slightly different places each time.


Just a wacky idea for a protest that I had today.

You know, living here has exposed me to the stupidity of the road network and I think I even once thought about how easy it would be to shut down several major arteries in the region.

This fact is demonstrated nearly every year when a big truck has an accident on one of the interstates and shuts down traffic for 8 hours or more.  

You put a little too much effort into your plan for my comfort and I hope nobody is paying attention or the next “anti-anything” demonstration here could get really ugly.  The only thing in our favor is that most of these whacko loonies can’t drive or parallel park which would make your “herring bone” or “brick work” pattern simply too difficult to implement unless they hired illegal aliens to do it for them.
