What amazes me is that Democrats are now openly advocating communism on the floor of Congress in open session, on record, in public, in a televised and widely publicized hearing -- and STILL, it's like nobody gets it that these people are outright Marxists.

Even Maxine realized that what she said was a slip that let the cat out of the bag as to her true intent.  Does anyone believe that this is not what the rest of Democrats (and many Republicans) were thinking?  Is anyone unaware that communism is the entire point and purpose of these hearings?  Is anyone, besides us, even listening?

We have come to a point in America (via indoctrination by schools and brainwashing by the media) where a huge percentage of AMERICANS actually support communism -- and they don't even realize it.  Education, knowledge, and public sentiment in this country has become so skewed that most Americans cannot even recognize socialism/communism when it is OPENLY presented to them.  A large percentage (possibly a majority) of Americans even support the socialist/communist agenda; but without a clue that that's what they're doing.

I heard this story on Rush; and I think I saw something about it on FoxNews.

But, I just googled this story, and there is NOT ONE link to a Reuters story, an AP story, a CNN story, CBS, NBC, ABC, NYT, WSJ, Washinton Post, Washington Times, or even the Drudge Report.

WTF!

I'm sorry, I know Marxine Waters is a complete idiot; but she said what all Democrats -- including the two Democratic Candidates for President of the United F*&%ing States -- are thinking.  And, more importantly, the TRUE PURPOSE of these hearings.  Forget that it happened to fall out of the mouth of a moron; THIS is THE STORY that EVERYONE should be talking about.  Yet the MSM has buried it.

Okay, it doesn't really surprise any of us; but, this is a Public Statement by a Congresswoman grilling industry leaders in a Congressional Hearing designed for that express purpose (i.e. to demonize the oil industry and to threaten to Nationalize it).

I don't expect this to be shouted to the hills by MSNBC, Olberman, or DailyKos; but, even taking massive liberal bias into account, this is a massive fraud perpetrated against the American People.  Journalistic Malpractice doesn't even cover it.  This is an organized cabal of those people in control of the media to INTENTIONALLY hide from the American People a deeper organized cabal within CONGRESS to ACT to NATIONALISE the largest idustry in this country.  Which industry is next?  This is happening NOW!  This is happening BEFORE our terrible fears of a BHO or HRC Presidency come to pass.

This is not something to ignore.

This cannot be dismissed as merely some stupid comment by Maxine Waters.  This is a statement of the INTENT OF CONGRESS ........ TODAY!

EVERY Senator & Congressman, and ALL Presidential Candidates should be DEMANDED to respond to this statement.  Does Hillary agree?  We know she does, but will she go on the record?  Obama?  McCain?!?!

There have been (to my knowledge) NO Public Statements by the other Members of Congress to repudiate Marxine Water's comment.  How is it that no one else has been asked to Publicly Comment on Marxine's slip?

How can this be happening?!

Could someone (maybe everyone) e-mail Rush & ask him to make a bigger deal out of this?

How is Rush not Demanding that Senators, Congressmen, and Presidential Candidates respond to Marxine's comment.  Demanded to condemn what she said.  Demanded to CENSURE this woman.

Hell, WE should all be writing, calling, e-mailing our Senators and Representatives to demand that they Publicly condemn Marxine's comments and Censure her.

I was upset with Rush's treatment of this and wrote him an email, but I really don't have any more of a voice with him than I do with Congress..    Rush's concentration on her comments was on those who were laughing at her, not her words.

I want to hear people calling these people out for who they are...Socialists, Marxists and Communists.  Maxine Waters just layed it out on the table for all to see and the whole thing is poof, all gone.

Yeah, it's beyond frustrating that this is an opportunity to make it clear to the American People exactly who and what Democrats (and RINOs) are all about; but it's being shrugged off as a silly slip of the tongue by one crazy Congresswoman.  

I'm still working on a letter to Specter & Casey, but I did shoot an e-mail to Drudge (which will obviously be ignored) saying how ridiculous it is that he never had a single link to this story, and yet has multiple stories about Hillary's RFK assassination flub, and Obama's misstatement about Auschwitz, AND multiple stories about Sharon Stone's off the cuff comment.

SHARON F&*%ING STONE!?!  Are Drudge and the rest of the Media (Rush included, this time) KIDDING ME?!?!

Does no one realize what would have happened had some conservative Republican Congressman said something as extreme, but to the right? (Oh, that's right, there IS nothing on the conservative side that could ever be that extreme)  There'd be demands by the press that everyone from Pres. Bush, to Senators, to Bill O'Reilly publicly condemn and decry the comment.  Everyone knows that Democrats (especially the Presidential Candidates) all agree with Marxine Waters; yet no one demands a reaction from them.

Where is Rush on this? Where is Hannity? Where is Beck? Where is Levin? Gallagher? Ingraham? Boortz? Even O'Reilly? Anyone?

They're out to lunch.

I haven't listened to Savage lately; maybe he's talked about it (then again, you never know what Savage will or won't get worked up about)
