Limbaugh logic

I have yet to find anyone who can defend this guy's logic.  I think everything he says can be refuted by other things he has said.  Will someone tell me something he says that you think is right?

Welcome gharms!  It's great to have folks with opposing viewpoints here.

Honestly, it's tough to answer your question as framed.  Although I don't track 'everything' that Rush has said, I can tell you from my experience listening to him, that I believe he is consistent with his ideology.  I think his 'satire' is often taken seriously by many of his detractors, and then used against him.

Many of the topics Rush discusses are sufficently deep that a simplistic rebuttel outside of the original context of the dialog can lead to false interpretations.

If a specific topic is bugging you, let it out.  I can't argue for Rush, but I can share my conservative ideological perspective on the topic!

Hi gharms & welcome!

I am sure that you realize that there are millions of Americans who disagree with your assessment of Rush.  As a matter of fact, almost all conservatives would say that your assessment of Rush far better fits any liberal you care to name.

Rush's logic, which closely adheres to conservative principles, has been extremely consistent for as long as I have listened to his show.

OK, so I'll bite.  You want just one statement by Rush that is logical and true; how about this one from yesterday's show:  "I think Mrs. Clinton's going to redefine negative turnout!"
"One can not say of something that it is and that it is not in the same respect and at the same time" - Aristotle

rush has forgotten more than many of us will ever learn, i too didnt understand logic that is so brilliantly thrown out there by rush but after years of listening to those who brainwashed me, i finally came around. i personally think people judge rush unfairly. example: i got on the subject with a friend and as soon as i said the name rush, his mood immediatly immediatly changed almost into a rage. i asked him why he had an attitude and he said it was because he couldnt stand rush, i asked him why and he didnt know, he said he was just going by what his buddy told him, which whom is a severe left winger. i made him come over and listen to him on the rush radio show, low and behold, he was totally impressed by the high level of intellegence that rush had. he now will listen daily. that is what i mean, people that have never heard rush are mostly the ones spouting off about him. most who dont like him are jealous and will never get it. ignorance is a sickness with most of them.i sincerely hope they get the help they need! our nation depends on it!
