I'm gald you asked!  Essentially, drinking the Kos Koolaid in a posture other than upright, seated, or slightly reclined should not be attempted.  This Kos Koolaide is more valuable than gold, and must not be wasted.

Postures NOT recommended: bent forward, bent backward, prone, supine, hanging from feet, "downward-facing-dog", or seated on toilet.
