How Long Before SCOTUS Protects PIMPS of Children?

How Long Before SCOTUS Protects PIMPS of Children?

How long will it be until SCOTUS moves to protect those who PIMP children out?

Sadly, SCOTUS seems to disagree with Director Mueller about our "highest calling."

I predict that an Obama appointed majority of 6-3 will overturn any convictions relating to these arrests in 3 years when the cases reach SCOTUS.  Chief Justice Kennedy will write the majority opinions in each case and sing the praises of those who provide "educational and employment opportunities to the most vulnerable segment of our society."

345 arrested, kids rescued in prostitution busts

WASHINGTON (AP) - Hundreds of people have been arrested and 21 children rescued in what the FBI is calling a five-day roundup of networks of pimps who force children into prostitution.

The Justice Department says it targeted 16 cities as part of its "Operation Cross Country" that caps off five years of similar stings nationwide.

Many of the children forced into prostitution are either runaways or what authorities call "thrown-aways" - kids whose families have shunned them. Officials say they are preyed upon by organized networks of pimps who lure them in with shelter or drugs, then often beat, starve or otherwise abuse them until the children agree to work the streets.

"We together have no higher calling than to protect our children and to safeguard their innocence," FBI Director Robert Mueller said Wednesday. "Yet the sex trafficking of children remains one of the most violent and unforgivable crimes in this country."

This is a fair question, Palecon.  It is definitely the direction that liberals are incrementally moving our society.  Unrestrained, they will eventually make their case that pedophilia is an acceptable lifestyle, and should be legitimized.

I just don't get the logic of liberals.  They have worked hard to criminalize smoking, because it is a health hazard; and in the same breath, they zealously work to legitmize homosexuality - which is a far greater health hazard and more damaging to our society.

They pride themselves on enacting laws for the protection and enbetterment of children, but yet turn a completely blind eye to the 45 million murders of unborn babies over the last 40 years.

The truth is that there is no logic involved in liberalism.  It is all about finding ways of justifying and legitimizing their immoral behavior without respect to what long term effect it might have on our society.

This is exactly true.   Alfred Muller was Mayor of Friendship Heights and passed a total ban on smoking back in 2000.  In early 2001 he pleaded guilty to molesting a boy in the National Cathedral (this is about the only thing Liberals think churches are used for).  He received 3 years probation.  Muller was evidently planning to run for re-election in 2001 after his conviction.  But, eventually, he decided, or was persuaded, that it would be best if he didn't run.

BTW, the same Mayor Muller also tried to ban handguns from Friendship Heights and when that was struck down by a judge he tried to ban ammunition! I am NOT making this up.  Just google "alfred muller friendship heights" for details.

But, if you point out the obvious health hazards of homosexual behavior you are a bigot.  I can’t even find a CDC estimate on the subject.  I have seen research, wildly condemned by homosexual groups, that the lifespan of a homosexual man is as low as 43 years.

Just take a look at this article(from a Christian group but quoting government statistics.  Pretty obviously, the homosexual lifestyle is anything but “gay.”  Plus, suicide among homosexuals is several times higher than among the general popluation.

Rush is right when he calls abortion the "sacrament" of the left.  How anyone can stand up and say "It's for the children" while advocating abortion and infanticide is either pure evil or mental illness.

There is no logic other than the idea that promising anything to certain groups will lead to power.  And power is their ultimate goal.  It is a truly Faustian bargain on their part.
