Holy Bibles Batman!

Was be-bopping around on net today and came across this:

“Ohio-based evangelical Christian leader Bart Campolo says Matthew 25 is part of a shift in the ‘whole evangelical approach to politics.”

Article of Faith: Evangelic Group Bucks Tradition supports Obama By Anthony B. Robinson July 25 2008

Then I went to the site and my- o-my it looks just like the official Obama 2008 website. Same blue background and web layout, Obama’s picture and everything.
And The Matthew 25 Network is a Federal Political Action Committee (PAC). Who would have guessed?

So that reminded me about Obama and his newfound fondness for religion.
This brings a new level of understanding to why Obama is now for faith-based programs all of a sudden.

Ok what is really going on?

I found out that Mara Vandeslice founder and president of Common Good Strategies (was also John Kerry’s religious outreach person) is running this show. Check out this article about some of her background.

Which brings me right back to that guy name Alinsky the ‘organiser’ who was a Marxist and the book Saul Alinsky’s Rule For Radicals. They have taken their plan to the next level of targets.

In a 1971 book called Rules for Radicals, Alinsky scolded the Sixties Left for scaring off potential converts in Middle America. True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism, Alinsky taught. They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within.

"There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevsky said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution. To bring on this reformation requires that the organizer work inside the system, among not only the middle class but the 40 per cent of American families - more than seventy million people - whose income range from $5,000 to $10,000 a year [in 1971]. They cannot be dismissed by labeling them blue collar or hard hat. They will not continue to be relatively passive and slightly challenging. If we fail to communicate with them, if we don't encourage them to form alliances with us, they will move to the right. Maybe they will anyway, but let's not let it happen by default.”

First the poor and now the evangelical reglious groups. Can’t win an election with just the far left fringe and the poor. They have a core group started in Ohio with this Matthew 25 site.

The questions is how many will buy into this?

I posted this on 6/28/08.  It looks like he has organized his movement to attrack young evangelicals based on what you have written here.  I cannot understand why there are no ministers talking about Obama and his stance on partial birth and afterbirth abortions.  It is absolutely a mystery to me.   Dr. Dobson needs to get his butt in gear! Well, now, the Messiah is planning a hard drive to bring
young

Evangelicals
over to his camp. He is starting two new grassroots organizations: Joshua Generation and Mathew 25. He is targeting the
young
Evangelical, mush minded voters, just fresh out of their Government schools.

What's McCain doing to keep
Evangelicals
in the "R" camp? Nothing.

He doesn't think he needs them any more than he thinks he needs conservatives.

Obama is a smart politician; McCain is a dolt.

Goper Dick will love this post.
