Harry's Letter on Ebay

I wrote to both my Senators regarding Rush.  I have no representation in Congress as I have Arlen Specter, Bob Casey and a Blue Dog representative who lied to get there by being more conservative than Melissa Hart but who now follows her highness Nancy Pelosi.   Casey signed the letter.  I never heard a word out of Specter but her is what I got from Casey.  It is chock full of lies and is what he is sending out to all people who wrote him about Rush:

Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding talk radio host Rush Limbaugh’s recent comments. I appreciate hearing from all Pennsylvanians about this important issue.

Mr. Limbaugh referred to veterans who have spoken out against the war in Iraq as “phony soldiers” in the wake of bipartisan amendments recently passed by the Senate and the House that strongly condemned any effort to attack the honor and integrity of members of the United States Armed Forces. He essentially condemned these soldiers for disagreeing with him and President Bush about the war, and for exercising their right to free speech.

While Mr. Limbaugh claims that his comments were taken out of context, he is incorrect and his argument lacks credibility. To support his claim, he purported to air the segment in question, but in fact edited the clip, omitting most of the discussion that occurred regarding his “phony soldiers” comment. (highlighted by me)

I signed a letter to Mark Mays, the CEO of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. calling on him to publicly repudiate Mr. Limbaugh’s comments about veterans. I believe that we must consistently condemn any slander against our veterans, from individuals and groups at either end of the political spectrum.

Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future about this or any other matter of importance to you.

I heard Rush that day.  I know what he said and I know who the liars are.

It is so upsetting to know the state I live in kicked out a fine conservative in favor of this swill.  I have no representative in Congress.  If the President hadn't supported Specter in 2004, Pat Toomey would have won and perhaps Casey wouldn't have won.  This state would be in a much different situation or at least I would feel as if I had someone watching out for freedom and liberty.

Rush's letter sold today for $2,100,100.  Wow, Rush!!

Harry Reid addressed the Senate today and tried to take some responsibility for this letter and the donation that will be made to the MC/Law Enforcement organization.  Harry Reid never bothered to say he'd match the sale price the way Rush is, nor did he ask any of the idiots who signed it to match it either.  Harry Reid is a weasel and unfortunately alot of people who support the progressive socialist democrats don't bother to do any diligence to see just exactly (1) who the liar was regarding this entire issue, (2) who was responsible for getting this tremendous amount of money for this organization and (3) who is also donating his personal money by matching the sale price.

I am writing to Senator Casey, since he signed the letter, and asking him to match the sale price "for the children" of fallen Military and Law Enforcement Officers [a phrase he should understand since they use it ad nosium].  I think I might just write everyone who signed it and ask the same thing of them.

What's really weird here is that the final bidder was a staunch Republican that has contributed to Barack's presidential campaign several times. She must really dislike Hillary.
