Unbelievable!  I wonder why they aren't going after him under the McCain-Feingold act?  Eyas is a brilliant lawyer.  He might be able to shed some light on whether what Rush is doing violates McCain-Feingold.  

Has no one in the United States read the first amendment to the United States Constitution that guarantees our right to free speech?  How can it be illegal for a private citizen to tell other private citizens who to vote for?  That any state or federal official would have the audacity to even speculate on this topic shows how far we have deviated from the intent of the Founding Fathers and the Constitution.
