Here is a little something I wrote:
A self-proclaimed world savior, created a problem that did not exist.Made his first mark as a liberal,But changed to conservative to better his fortunes.He followed a leader to achieve his fame,Fell out of power with much shame.He lost his integrity to a hanging chad,But the country was not sad.Reinvented himself to those in need.Made a crisis, he planted a seed.Grew his seed into a tree,That produced green energy that was all but free.It came with a cost financed by many,Mostly The Police, John Mayer, and singers aplenty.An inconvenient truth is what he preached, seven points, a Nobel peace prize,But no one supported his voice.He dressed the part, a suit and tie,But the reality was that his theory had too many flaws.He feels a need to return to D.C,But he fears he will not win TennesseeHe told us the ocean was warming and that he had statistics to back him up,But only time will tell if his prophecy will be fulfilled.
