Well, at least you've got an excuse, Taylor.  I'm 36 and living with my mother (temporarily).

Anyway, glad to hear you're getting a dog.  Dogs are the greater creatures on Earth.  Living with a dog makes you realize what scumbags most human beings are.

I've got 2 dogs, and I Highly recommend having 2 dogs, rather than just one, if at all possible.  Aside from initial vet bills, there's really not much more expense in feeding 2 dog as oposed to one.  It actually makes training easier (not harder), and it prevents the separation anxiety that single dogs often get when left alone -- usually young single dogs will start destroying things around the house because of this anxiety -- but if there's two dogs, they still have company (their little 2-dog "pack") when people are out of the house.  Thus, less chewing of shoes, furniture, or (in the case of one of my dogs) eating an entire couch.

Wow, thats pretty interesting to know! Thanks Eyas, luckily its a puppy, so brand new you know, and I don't think she'll need any special food like my other old dogs had to get :(

Aren't Boston Terriers little black and white dogs?  You could name it Obama..oooooooo..sorry..he's just black. Insensivity  Insensivity  Insentivity  Insensivity  Insensivity  Insentivity Insensivity  Insensivity  Insentivity

hahahaha

I have a Mexican dog..Chihuahua.  Her registered name is Chaquita Bonita de la Casa Gonzales.  I also have two cats.  One is in charge of the other two because she is the queen.  Pets are great, Taylor.  In fact a recent study says cat owners live longer.  I have no clue..haha..some liberal great study, I suppose.  Dogs probably do the same thing.

I always had two dogs and big dogs too, German Sheps.  It makes it better for separation anxiety.  Now, I've become an adopter of two stray cats and the owner of a little dog that thinks she's a Doberman.  She guards the outter forty inches.

Congrats, Taylor! You will learn a lot about life and enjoy it more, IMHO, with a dog.
(Just what you'd expect from a guy with a wolf avatar!)

Technically, this is my daughter's dog, Rosey.
But she's owns me- you'll understand, later...
