Hello.  Im a polysci student in Virginia.  I love to hear all sides of an argument on an issue, so that's why I joined this site.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to disagree with most of the people on here about most things, but as long as I learn something out of it, I'm sure I'll gain something.

We are blessed to be living in a country with freedom of speech.  We welcome dissenting opinion here; as long as it is respectful - no flaming.

If you have not read it, I highly recommend that you read, 'The Closing of the American Mind'  by Allen Bloom.  It's not about politics, but rather it a critique of the American education system.  It will reveal one likely reason that you are 'pretty sure you are going to disagree with most people about most things' on this site.
