Maxine Waters (D), CA told the oil execs that, "This liberal would be all about socialize . . . , would be about basically taking over and the government running all of your companies." Even though this public admission was accidental, I am pleased to see Rep. Waters be honest about her socialist agenda.

Now for the real question, how much, if any, MSM play did this get? And, real question 2, how many of those who saw or heard the statement know that she is advocating socialism, and disagree with it?

The answer to Q #1 is predictable. The answers to #2 could be horrifying. I would be interested to see a Frank Luntz focus group on this matter. What percentage of the American people know and understand the definition of socialism? And, what percentage know that it is bad for America?

I was disappointed in Rush [forgive me for saying that]. He talked about Maxine Waters' socialist comments but he never made anything of it. It was like a joke because her colleagues laughed at her and it was just swell since they all hold the same ideology.

Frankly, I think it is a big deal and I'd like to hear it be talked of as a big deal. This woman just notified the United States of America in plain language what they all are..socialists...the complete takeover of the oil industry by the Government. Isn't that what Hugo Chavez did in Venezuella? This is a big deal that the MSM will ignore completely.
