I have been a fan of Robert Ludlum, RIP, for many years. For the uninitiated, Ludlum's standard plot involves a man or group of men, often from central or eastern Europe, bent on world domination. They corrupt governments, manipulate news media and public perception, funnel money through shell corporations and purchase private armies in pursuit of their nefarious ends.

Does any of this sound familiar in the real world? Anyone we know? George Soros maybe.

Now don't laugh just yet. We know Soros finances and controls MoveOn.org. We have, I think, probable cause to believe he did a good deal of financing for Bill in '96 and Hillary in 2000. Rush has suggested that he is the source of the Clinton's post-White House wealth. Rush has also suggested that Soros is heavily financing BHO's campaign. I suspect he bankrolled An Inconvenient Truth. I have heard reports that he plays the currency market to purposely weaken the dollar. I wonder if he has bodyguards named Hans and Gunther.

Okay now you may laugh, if you wish. Just a thought to kick around. You never know.
