Actually, this has been amusing. I am actually starting to entertain the possibility that GOPER is in fact using sarcasm and parody. Nobody could actually say and mean the things he says. It is too much of a caricature to be real. Borat-in-the-making?
I am not convinced yet but I am willing to consider the possibility that his posts are a nascent script for some SNL-like skit. Can anybody say "Borat?"
