Well, maybe Hugo will get a bit ahead of himself and give the opportunity to send a GBU-29 in his office window. That would solve a couple of problems straight off.
The nice thing about the GBU-29 is that it is GPS guided. The thing will knock at your front door before detonating. Smart and polite. It really says "I love you" in a special way.
