Of course, that was the alleged plan but it was not what happened.  Communism was (and is) an extremely stratified social system.  I lived in the FSU for years and saw this first hand.  There were all manner of classes.  Racism was endemic.  Just ask a Tatar, Bashkir, Udmurt or Armenian.

The same will be true in the world Soros and his ilk want to create.  Soros and Osama will dine on veal and arugula while they leave you and me to search their refuse pile for moldy bread.  This is Soros' and Obama's vision for a "new world order" and it is straight out of "1984!"

The difference between Imperial Russia and USSR was this. The despot who ruled Imperial Russia was called Czar. The despots who ruled USSR were called Comrade Chairman.

Well, that and the Tsar was less likely to murder people than the communists or their current successors.

A lot of the lower Bolsheviks and the ousted Mensheviks that never made the guest list or escaped the hit list of Lenin and Stalin ended up of here and in Canada before WW II.  They came with lots of money and set themselves up in prominent places such as Hollywood.  The laid low and slowly worked there way into the trade and labor unions.  Think back to the Taft-Hartley Act and why that bill was written.  The effects of WW II and the need of the country for labor and lots of it was the perfect place to make a play for redistribution of wealth and breaking the backs of large business owners. All under the guise of helping the poor factory worker get his fair and due share. It almost worked then except for that Act.
They learned well.  Find other ways along with unions, go slow, and place more people in higher places. Win some elections that would allow some key changes in policy to further the plan along. Find the one single thing that would eventually give them a great source of power. Find a vehicle to which now to control that energy. The environmentalist. Get control of this energy and use it to control everything else. Energy. Enron may have been the initial trial balloon that burst.
Fast forward.  The evil Bush in Office again! NO.!. Gyorgy hates Bush. Steps up the pace. Get Algore in place. Ops. Get Obama in there.
Ops. Some one screwed up again and got ahead of the plan. Gas prices are attracted to much attention. How old is Gyorgy now?  Wants to see his life long dream come true before he dies.  The big question. Is it to late to stop the plan without having the country destroyed?

How's that for how.

Now that's a conspiracy theory.

Well, at least you are one lovable NUT!
Gyorgy sure seems to be intent on remaking the world to suit his own ends.  But, in the end, being oppressed by him or Putin or Mugabe won't be much different.  They are all tyrants and we will ultimately fair poorly under their jackbooted heels.
