Both Mr Scarborough and Dr. Williams have offered us brilliiant analysis in their articles. But isn't what they are so profoundly warning us about exactly the goals of the far Left? In my humble view, it is.
So, it is even more important for all of us to carry the message of Conservatism to every corner of this great Nation and debate, argue and win the minds of those "undecided voters" the left so fears. It is that factor and that factor alone which will be dominant in the upcoming elections.
The phrase, "All Politics is local" seems to carry more weight today than ever before. All of us, while we here talk more about National issues, need to concentrate on local home issues as well.
In our district, last election cycle, we were forced to send a Liberal Democrat to Washington to replace an entrenched Republican who'd held his seat far too long. We now need to send the Democrat packing. He's showed us he has no 'local roots' while preaching to the contrary. He toes the Democratic Party line out of fear for support in the next cycle. Better for us that he be a one term Representative, like John Edwards, and we return the Congress to the hands of the people.
