This act is another one of the items on Obama's agenda which furthers the Government takeover of everything in the US.  It will take over the country's food supply.

This act establishes a Food Czar who will be able to fine people $1 million/day for violations and the act specifically states that no action he takes can be challenged by a court.

It requires the registration of animals up to and including if you own a bunny or ride a horse on someone else's farm.

Right now, it is in committee.  If this act passes, the next they will do is fix prices on food.  

This act is unconstitutional because it places restrictions on,  regulations on and inspections of,  people's property and will require people to turn over their property to the Government when they can't come up with the million dollars for their fines.  People will have no recourse because the Food Czar will not be allowed to be challenged so there will be no appeals.
