Greetings to all freedom lovers across the fruited plains...

What a great way to begin this week with Rush’s new contract announcement! It is comforting to know that the enemies of freedom and liberty will have a powerful foe for years into the future.
Ultracon and I are celebrating this holiday weekend together, and as you can see, we have been busy working on making improvements to our forum. You will notice 4 major changes:

1. In the spirit of capitalism, we have prominently added an 'Obscene Profit Center'.
2. We have condensed our forum categories for easier navigation.
3. We have restricted posting on our Announcement forum.
4. We have added a new forum to discuss our nation’s energy policy.

Our site continues to grow at a steady pace, but we are becoming alarmed with the direction our forum discussions have taken recently. It was our hope to have respectful and intelligent dialogue, welcoming the dissenting opinions of liberals and rinos. This is just not happening. We are ending up with threads filled with convoluted logic based on clichés and liberal ‘talking points’, backed up by faulty logic and a lack of facts.

We are in the process of considering our options going forward, and would like your input. Here are three scenarios that we are considering:
1. We could make our forum 100 % conservative. RINOS and liberals would not be welcome, and their posts deleted.
2. We could allow liberal and RINO posting on our Liberal forum topic only. This would be the only forum that they would be allowed to place a post on.
3. We can keep things basically as they are, but with increased moderator intervention.

We love this country. It is our desire to make the Rush Limbaugh Forum a haven for conservative thinking, strengthening and preserving the conservative ideals that we believe essential for sustaining the legacy that has been handed down to us from our forefathers.
